I am having real problems with my iPhone 5c. The problem seems to be an incorrect password for my Comcast mail account. I want to change my address to a gmail account as I'm moving to a different state where Comcast will no longer be available. I can't find anything on YouTube that helps. I've called my cell phone provider but didn't get help there before the phone line went dead. Can anyone give me some very simple and slow instructions to make all this work? All this is happening at a time I need to rely on my iPhone more than usual. Thanks for direction....
