Personally, I'm seeing the real potential of a solid syngergy here between HESG and RSHN.

RushNet (RSHN) could enhance their existing line of cane sugar sweetened Ginseng beverages with a complementary line of Shugr-sweetened, low-cal, diebetic-friendly complimentary products for the health conscious marketplace. In addition, Shugr plus some appropriate flavorings could produce a considerable addition to the RushNet e-Water line.

I am expecting something from the company any day now describing how they plan on going forward. With the new ceo Gold having been at work 30 days now, we should get see the new company direction & a whole new look website & all. Gold promised more share holder value. Lets see it. My personal feelings are that Stuart Avery Gold is a marketing genius & will not allow his reputation to tarnish.

I'm hoping the sequesterol launch is this week & hold it key to ramping up cash flow & slowing the bleeding. The PPS has dropped lower then Id imagined but the current share structure will allow for a quick ride up should we get some suprisingly good news & its going to take some real news to change the investor sentiment. One big issue will be what kind of financing will the company get.

Just spoke to IR man at HESG - here's the scoop:

- apparently they are NOT going to do a financing imminently, they don't want to dilute

- they're working on Sequestrol first, planning to get a new "infomercial" out ASAP (in the next week or so)

- they're going to try and get interim funds from 1) the short-term sales of Sequestrol, and b) private financing from "friends and family"

Those are the main points. I asked about Shugr (which I think is their best product) but apparently they don't have any cash to manufacture anymore, so aren't working that product right now (too bad, I think it's their biggest potential). I also asked about Stuart Gold (one of the main reasons I bought in) - apparently he's working on some immediate short-term solutions - but it's also clear he needs money to accomplish his goals (no surprise there)

All in all, not a bad discussion, but OTOH, nothing that's gonna make us go buy all the shares we can get our hands on right now. A few things are supposedly going to happen next week - but it will take time (and money) to turn this thing around permanently. I'm betting they will do it - Stuart didn't put his big reputation on the line to fail here (and he has quite a reputation for success, I know that from people in my own line of business). But my bet on HESG isn't nearly as painful as others - I'm long 200k at an average of 0.08 ...

HESG Supply is tight. Record low volume 2500shrs yesterday and very low today. Company must be done financing the infomercial. Friend is buying and bidding today. As soon as he gets the min at the ask, they raise it. Previously there was always a supply and the MM took it as low as they had to get them sold. Should be news on Monday. If the infomercial and sequesterol is as good as I hear, this will move hard if the company doesn't sell the news. I think is they were selling they would have been the last couple days
