It is difficult not to become cynical. The same several individuals seem to be involved with the same vaporstocks and when one fails, they turn-up to get money from investors through another vaporstock.
I suspect that if they are confronted with a lawsuit, they will awaken from the dead, announce great progress and say that work in E.G. is scheduled to begin next month. Either that or they will post another phony press release (with a disclaimer saying that the press release isn't necessarily true).
Camber is the only one I have seen who mentions having a broker. My involvement was from a company I invested in that was sold to Gridline. Camber has not passed her information on to anyone that I know of.
Some people are still asking for definitive closure, and there surely are some people who know where things stand that refuse to respond. In today's political climate, it is not a surprise that some people with professional responsibilities have so little regard for the people in their community. Depressing!!
Your guess is as good as mine. The government/SEC/FBI clearly has no interest in penny stock regulation. The FBI told me they won't investigate such companies. The Secret Service told me that they won't investigate any company in which an individual has lost under $50K.
