The site www.gridlinecommunications.com is now for sale. Bloomberg has deleted its address and phone number from its website. Does anyone have any details?

New website is mygridline.com. It's up and running fine. Address listed on the site is 11625 Custer Road, Texas. Not sure what happened with Bloomberg.

"Gridline Communications

"The company’s President/CEO is in Equatorial Guinea this week to open a bank account in EG and establish an office there. Once these are set up, they will have access to their line of credit for the project. The overall project is for the deployment of a modern voice and data network throughout the country. The total project will be in the multi hundreds of millions of dollars. The exact amount is subject to add-ons that may or may not be done. Gridline has been granted equity ownership in two local telephone companies in EG. Gridline will realize service revenues in perpetuity. Their client is the government of Equatorial Guinea Gridline’s project in the UK is supposed to start next month. This is for rural broadband service in areas not served by the telephone operators. Gridline has been awarded a contract for a monitoring network for an alternative energy project in Mexico. I do not have a lot of details regarding this project at this point. "Below is a link to a news story discussing the Joint Venture between Gridline and Equatorial Guinea:"

There is nothing in the Investor portion of the mygridline web site. Where are you getting this information?

Is there a place online to get confirmation?

From a broker. I cannot verify its accuracy but he says he's quoting from the company.

Camber,

There is nothing new in this post, simply a consolidation of all the stories we have been hearing from TD and his team these past 12-months. If anyone is in contact with TD and he wants to legitimize his EQ Guinea story then lets see a copy of his passport to validate how much travel has really been required to close out this Company making deal. The link supporting the proposed deal is dated and not surprisingly there has been no material updates posted on their intermittent web-page since Nov 2015.
