Well, here's some DD for you...
theglobeandmail.com

This is what most salvage firms face.

And I believe that some of Cali people ARE still around, just on another masthead...pun intended. I read somewhere about another sub company of svxp with cali folks... I'll post the link as soon as I recall it.

It does look questionable when a new handful of people take over, issues 250 billion shares right away, then dumps other officers off the boards....

Also, Cali has r/s's in it's history.
Speaking of R/S, check out the back story of PCCR for maybe the record R/S's in a years time.

Happy New Year all.

Wow, awesome DD, awesome find. Well, at least it puts to bed the idea that they aren't really there trying to get the treasure.

I also think people should look at this
link:http://www.otcbb.com/asp/info_center.asp?symbol=SVXP ...
click 'filings' 8-k dated 10/27/05
Sub Document 2 page 1: Exchange ...
This is the language of agreement of a reverse split. Whats not too clear is, are they svxp common shares, cali common or all preferred. Either way, this may be a factor in how long we hold svxp. It is for me. Usually, we don't get much heads up with r/s's.

I saw that on RB. Some as saying it's a good thing(probably a bagholder.lol). I just want to know how you knew it? Message 22020190 I thought that their O/S was about 2 mil....if the A/S is 250 billion, then why the r/s? Perhaps it is "the right kind of r/s". Thoughts anyone?

I figured it would r/s with that o/s. I didn't know it actually was going to do it until I read it on IHub. My prior post was a guess, but it didn't take much to figure that out.

I'm out until after the r/s at least. This is not the 1st r/s.

Did you see the 1-E yet? Right on friday. sec.gov

I still just don't see why they would r/s now....since they could have sold so many more shares. Wierd.

Sounds like they may be needing some of their previous corporation's product: ammoniahold.com

A 1000:1 R/S is a pretty revealing admission that something is royally hosed.............
Company Notes:
Formerly=Key Waste Management, Inc. until 7-94
Formerly=Ammonia Hold, Inc. until 10-01
Formerly=TS&B Holdings, Inc. until 4-05
Formerly=CALI Holdings, Inc. until 10-05
