Hi onepath and LC:

I believe Gary is still of the opinion Gold is only in a bounce mode which matches Steve. He does point out some positives with some of the miner charts.

If gold takes out $1,925 then the year plus correction is over so until then this is just a bounce.

On the flip side he still has some downside targets that were not reached.

Kottenay Silver aka KTN has announced the spinout of 80% of their Canadian properties into a separate. I have queried the company as to when the spinco shares will be listed, because until they are we have another SVB situation where the spinco shares are worthless to KTN shareholders.

Wallbridge Miningaka WM released some new drilling results, this time for their Martinere gold project not far from their flagship Fenelon gold project in Quebec. Martiniere has a historic resource of over 600k oz Au, which will be updated as part of the Fenenlon Resource Report expected shortly. That said, all 12 holes in this programme were outside the resource envelope. Given intersections like 3.68 g/t Au over 22.50M, including 6.45 g/t Au over 5.00M, so there is considerable potential for resource expansion, meaning a larger drill programme at Martiniere is likely for 2022.

Assays are pending for the remaining 8 holes.

I-80 Gold aka IAU released the first drill results from its recently acquired Granite Creek gold mine, which they plan to be the first deposit of their enlarged Nevada holdings to be brought into production. Granite Crrek is living up to its billing as high grade, with headline result of 41.3 g/t Au over 7.1M and 16.0 g/t Au over 7.3M. This drilling was just below existing workings in the area targeted for initial underground production. A PEA for Granite Creek will be released in the near future. Drilling is continuing, and permitting is underway with the goal of beginning underground test mining before year end, ramping up to commercial production next year.

IAU is also targeting the potential for open pit production at Granite Creek. It is worth checking out the updated presentation linked in the PR.

Oceanagold aka OGC released their Q3 results, This was a transitional quarter within a transitional period for OGC, as the Didipio gold/copper mine in the Philippines restarting mining one month ahead of schedule after finally received delayed permits, and the Golden Point underground gold mine at Macraes in New Zealand will begin production before yeare nd. Overall, production was down, but so were costs, enabling OGC to make a tidy profit and increase their cash stash to #113M. Full year guidance was reaffirmed at 350-370 oz Au. Given they have been resolving problems at Didipio and their Halle gold mine in the IS, I expect OGC to substantially pay down their debt of $250M next year.

Edison put out a new detailed report on Endeavour Mining aka EDV. I am not sure of this link will work for you; if notf you will need to get a free membership with Edison. FWIW, I have never received any spam since I signed up years ago.

Post its recent debt refinancing, they value each EDV share at a minimum of $US32.50, and believe that EDV's recently announced 5-year exploration plan could add $US2.69-5.84 per share if it meets expectations

Meanwhile, the PoG continues to coil.

ILI.V - 3.5 million shares in volume Friday and closed at .115 so we have a volume and price breakout happening at the same time. They have been exploring at their Jackpot lithium deposit 140 km from Thunder Bay.

Jackpot is a high grade deposit with multiple targets on the property. They are working to increase tonnage on the property with previous intersects of 5 meters at 3.02%, 7.23 meters at 2.47% and 2 meters at 4.48% Li2O.

Historical resource is 2 million tons @ 1.09 Li20.

LIT a lithium ETF is trading at all time highs of over $90 at the moment so I think ILI.V is a good way to play this lithium boom t a market cap of around only $13 million cad.

Nice interview with HIGH CEO Darwin Green on youtube Rocks and Stocks with Allan Barry this week end where Darwin compares to NFG with out using the name to say we have a grade war between the west coast and east coast suggesting HIGH is likely the NFG of the west.Very interesting interview.

I saw a headline from Wallbridge Mining aka WM about a Resource Estimate this morning and got a little excited, only to find it was a pre-announcement publicinzing that it will be released a week Wednesday, Nov.10. Oh well, I can wait that long, as long as it's good news.

Looking at the monthly closing prices, gold continues to coil. Saville continues to favour a dip below the August low before a big rise next year as the US economy crumbles. We shall see.

Here's some interesting news for those who hold shares in any of the JV partners on the Treaty Creek gold project in BC's Golden Triangle, being explored by Teuton Resources aka TUO, Tudor Gold aka TUD, and American Creek aka AMK. Seabridge Gold aka SEA has announced that they are going to integrate the Snowfield deposit into their KSM project, which is being advanced into final feasibility status.

Why is this important for the Treaty Creek JV partners? It's because Treaty Creek adjoins the KSM property nor far from Snowfield, making the SEA a leading candidate for the inevitable buyout. (The JV partners have no intention of actually developing Treaty Creek; their expertise lies in exploration and drilling up resources, not actual mining.)

Very useful map of Treaty Creek/KSM/Snowfields area

Meanwhile, Nomad Royalties aka NSR announced a major transaction involving the Hardrock gold mine in Ontario being built by Equinox Gold and Orion Mine Finance. Ground was broken on the construction of this mine a few days ago.

NSR is paying $95M up front for 5.938% of gold production attributed to Orion’s 40% interest until 120,333 ounces have been delivered, and 3.958% thereafter. NSR will also pay 20% of the spot gold price per ounce delivered, plus something I hadn't seen before in a streaming agreement, a $30/oz payment to support ESG programmes involving Hardrock.

It is expected most of the upfront payments will be drawn from their revolver credit deal, which will still have plenty of room left if another deal comes along. Speaking of which, it t is also worth noting that Orion is NSR's major shareholder, so it is likely more similar deals can be negotiated between the two parties.

FWIW, in an analyst report, BMO ran the numbers and saw them as positive based on their assumptions on the price of gold, plus potential exploration and production upside from other deposits at Hardrock. They maintained NSR at Outperform with a $16 target.

Northern Shield Resources aka NRN released a placeholder of a PR saying, yep, we're still drilling on our Root & Cellar Ag/Au/Cu property in Newfoundland and seeing plenty of cool mineralization, but we haven't received any assay results yer.

I forgot to mention that I bought even more MAI yesterday. It's on sale because Osisko Royalties is dumping shares, but be warned that they still have over 60M shares left.

I am holding my shares for when MAI has all three mines running in a few years, at which point I expect $2 a share.

Likewise, Seabridge has no intention of developing KSM; the project will eventually be spun off to a major or consortium in exchange for shares.

Don't see Seabridge paying anything near fair value for Treaty Creek. And I don't believe the shareholders of the Treaty Creek partners are interested in selling for a bargain basement price, like the Pretium divestiture of Snowfield. Great deal for Seabridge, Pretium needed the cash.
