Hmmm...filing a clinical trial application...timelines are outside the company's control. The story never changes...not our fault...out of our control...blame the cabal of naked shortsellers. The company specializes in perfecting their victim mentality and proving their inability to control (or even influence) the future of their drug development programs. Total losers.
