R20, What makes you think that Bush can't argue against the validity of the statements of Kerry? He whipped the socks of Gore, and Gore had more going for him than Kerry will ever have. Kerry has a temper, and is full of indecision. Bush can push his buttons, and make Kerry look like the fool he is.

You can mark me down as someone who will support all moral and legal means to stop further proliferation of nuclear weapons - even if it means use of force in Iran, North Korea, or any other rogue state.

But I am against using evil means to fight evil. I don't think that will be necessary under proper leadership. We can achieve our objectives without resorting to the use of evil means. That does not preclude the use of force.

Your implication is that Bush has used "evil means" in the furtherance of the U.S. objectives.

Perhaps you can tell us exactly what you would NOT do, that would constitute "evil means", while "using force" against Iran to stop their nuclear weapons program.

As I stated earlier on the PfP thread. He also licks his lips constantly. What is he licking at......maybe he has dry mouth?

The swooping of the arms and hands is grating also.

News of the Weird: 60 Minutes bumped a story about the fraudulent Niger documents in order to run the Bush TANG story, supported by fraudulent documents.

The Italian journalist who broke THAT story (Niger) now says her source has been discredited and his story is not trustworthy nor verifiable.

Drudge has the Kerry-Draft comments on now... Maybe if he would be in the Senate more, he'd see that so far, it's the left of center Democrats who are creating bills for the draft....

Message 20552773

UPDATE: It gets worse and worse. ABC reports that during the West Palm Beach appearance, Kerry propogated the absurd lie that, if President Bush is re-elected, the military draft may be re-instituted:

CB, GHW Bush was not the one that picked any stopping point. It was the ineffective, namby pamby, weak kneed, UN that put as much pressure possible to make Bush stop. It is a pity that he didn't tell the UN to go to hell, and finish the job.

Two Kerry windsurfing ads on the same day.

This one ("Surfer Dude") from a 527 is funny:
pfavoterfund.com

This one ("Windsurfing") from Bush-Cheney official website is droll.
georgewbush.com

Kerry accuses Bush of joking about Iraq!

Fraudulent documents??
I thought they would just be "un-verified."

Can Bush plead 'misled' as Rather and CBS did.?

I say give Bush back his F-102 and give Kerry his Swift boat and have at it.
May the best man win...

Because there is a consensus that axe murderers are absolutely barbaric while there isn't a consensus that suicide bombings of busses and restaurants is absolutely barbaric. I understand that you are asserting the latter but I doubt that even you really believe that. If it were absolutely barbaric, then there would be no circumstance, no scenario, in which you could tolerate the practice.

If there is any situation that justifies suicide bombings, that same situation would justify ax murder. The method used doesn't change the moral implications of the act. Either its ok to be biased against suicide bombers, or its not ok to be biased against ax murderers.
