"Can I legally Kill an IRS agent for illegally taking my property ?"
In Texas, you have the right to use deadly force to protect your property.
If an IRS agent is attempting to seize property without due process, then that person is violating the citizen's property right and state law. Federal law does not circumvent states rights.
Theoretically, I should be able to use this as a defense if I pop' a pompous "federeal" IRS agent attempting to illegally take my property ? ?

Andrew Lloyd Webber Quote's
"Here's the truth. The proposed top rate of income tax is not 50 per cent. It is 50 percent plus 1.5 percent national insurance paid by employees plus 13.3 percent paid by employers. That's not 50 percent. Two years from now, Britain will have the highest tax rate on earned income of any developed country. "

Pay tax regularly and be the part of making your country develop.
