If an IRS agent is attempting to seize property without due process, then that person is violating the citizen's property right and state law. Federal law does not circumvent states rights. Theoretically, I should be able to use this as a defense if I pop' a pompous "federeal" IRS agent attempting to illegally take my property ? ?
