Parsley Energy to buy Jagged Peak in $1.62 billion shale expansion.
(Reuters) - U.S. shale producer Parsley Energy Inc ( PE.N) on Monday agreed to buy smaller peer Jagged Peak Energy Inc ( JAG.N) in an all-stock deal valued at $1.62 billion, adding acreage in an oil-rich part of the top U.S. shale basin.

Innophos Holdings (NASDAQ: IPHS) enters into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners.
One Rock will pay $32 per share in cash for a transaction value of about $932M, including the assumption of debt.
The agreement includes a 30-day go-shop period. If no other offers are accepted, the transaction is expected to close in Q1 2020
Innophos, Inc., is one of the leading North American manufacturers of specialty phosphates, serving a diverse range of customers across multiple applications, geographies and channels.
