Re <<May we please have our basic needs met?’“No. Can’t afford to.”>>

I recommend these documentaries w/r to one possible end-game, and when gold was a parachute enabler, but only if the cord had been pulled in time. Disturbing, or invigorating, depending on PoV. Exciting, definitely.

Painless except for a brief moment, blood-curdling forever, dying anguish and birthing cry. Really quite good history to know and know well.

It be all just and only history.

Recommendation: GetGold, just in case

As we have seen by the recent emptying of the zip codes around New York where the elite live, the very rich can mitigate nearly all problems, as private jets can take one anywhere in the world in a matter of hours.

As you accurately point out, that only works if you act before the mob torches your chateau with you in it. Will there be enough private jets to go around once the party gets going full blast?

sadly so, for many, and for such errors of simply being too late, no more.

Here is another beautiful documentary, much more savoury than any 'game of thrones'. Never understood the attraction of made-up TV shows when history is so much more riveting.

Digging into history we all would find that our antecedents were reasonably good at timing before it is too late, I suspect :0)
