Boston, Jan 06, 2003 (MidnightTrader via COMTEX) -- Hotels.com (ROOM) today lowered its Q4 revenue outlook to a range of $270-271 million, versus previous projections of $283-289 million. The company also cut its net income projections to $22.2-23.0 million, versus previous projections of $27-28 million.
The company also announced plans to repurchase up to $100 million of its common stock. The stock is declining 15% today on 20,100 Instinet shares.
