More nutball conspiracies. "Does paying a fine somehow slow the spread of the contagion?" No, but it might get them to wear a mask next time. "Would throwing people in jail attenuate a virus contagion?" It gets potential spreaders off the street. I'm not sure jail would work now; capacity hasn't kept up with our exploding population of assholes. Maybe some of those concentration camps near the border can be re-purposed. "Do we give the viruses the money in gold so when they stuff it in their pockets, it slows them down?" I've been authorized to collect it, so just send it to me, and I'll handle all the details.
