I feel a class action can only have some chances of success, if it is quick. If chapter 11 comes, it is hopeless. (I would think) Good lawyers usually can find places to get some money back, but where is the $$? angelm PS not a lawyer, just speculations

Has anyone been able to get a quote on the stock. The Yahoo message board is gone. Yahoo no longer has "SIIS" as a correct symbol. Did we lose everything?

Larry, I share your feelings. Regarding a class action suit, the directors and officers do share liability with the company. They are held personally accountable for their actions on behalf of the corporation and their personal assets are at risk. By failing to provide financial reporting and disclosure the Board has failed to meet the standards of expected conduct that is set forth in federal and state statutes, thus exposing themselves to liability.

Class Action, What good will that do with Sean O'keefe, hiding out in Canada? The O'keefes are in my opinion solely responsible, for any untruthfull information distributed to the Share holders, and should held responsible for their actions, where ever they may be hiding! Any feedback on that would be welcome.

My fingers are crossed that today was a non-trading day for SIIS. My qoutes are saying we're now worth .003 per share, man I sure hope this is an error! Please someone let me know whether I'm right or wrong, before I have a heart-attack! Thanks for the speedy responses...... Race......

According to the sec the trading suspension was lifted! I can't understand it either, 200 shares sell out of millions and the price drops 98%, if this is not manipulation by the market makers, needing sec scrutiny, what is it?

Yep, just like the stock......LOL What the hell is going on, this is CRAZY! Didn't they ever hear of informing us, PRESS RELEASE maybe? Everyone who owns this stock has taken a serious beating & has no idea of what is going on. They really need to let us know soon, will trading ever start again? Is the company bankrupt, what? We need to know & move on. Maybe we'll start trading again at $20 a share, now that would be nice. Just needed to vent.......thanks for reading. Regards, Race.......

No problem. Vent as much as you or anybody needs. This is rediculous. I'm sure Raoul and his staff are working hard, but the latest info we have is from what the SEC was posting at their website and the reports from a viewer at the courthouse. Struthers Management...news please!
