From: TEDennis | 6/27/2022 5:22:22 PM | | | | *** TEN YEARS ***
Happy Anniversary!
TEN YEARS ago today, June 27, 2012, Federal authorities raided multiple sites affiliated with IAS/RaPower3 and its key people. It happened during the RaPower3 National Convention. Several of those "pesky pumpers" who had been singing the praises of the IAS/RaPower3 technology were there at the time, so they watched helplessly as the raiders carried off box after box of materials from the sites.
Yet, not a single one of those "pesky pumpers" mentioned it on the chat threads, like Raging Bull.
We (the nasty "Paid Bashers") didn't even know it had happened until months later.
That raid was TEN YEARS AGO.
Almost 100 lawsuits were filed by the Court Appointed Receiver against people who profited from their involvement in the "massive fraud". Only a few still remain to be litigated.

Moving right along ...
That's a total of $166,620.33. So far.
Appeal, anyone?

To: TEDennis who wrote (7557) | 7/6/2022 1:16:26 PM | From: TEDennis | | | Matt Shepard borrowed $10,200 from "Shepard Global" (Greg Shepard's company) back in August of 2018.
The check was issued to Defendant two days after the court in the Civil Enforcement Case entered a freeze order, freezing the assets of Shepard Global. I think that means both Shepards broke the law.
When Matt was asked during his deposition if he had paid back that loan he said:
“No [I have not repaid any of the loan]. I ended up having an emotional -- mental breakdown and ended up getting into legal trouble and have not been able to even come close to paying [the loan] back as I have not been able to have sufficient income to do so.”
So, if he has been unable to pay back a $10,200 loan in almost 4 years ... how will he be able to pay a $166,620.33 court judgment against him?
Sure is a pretty day.

To: drdoug2 who wrote (7560) | 8/10/2022 12:39:17 PM | From: TEDennis | | | drdoug2: The Court Appointed Receiver recently filed his quarterly Status Report.
Perhaps RaPower3's "Chief Director of Operations" Greg Shepard or one of his cronies would like to summarize the contents for us?
[... pause ...]
Not likely, IMO.
A summary would necessarily contain info like the following tidbits regarding IAUS investors and RaPower3 customers who had been waiting for over a decade for their "investment" to pay off:
1) The number of deaths among that group continues to increase,
2) Likewise, the number of bankruptcies among that same group continues to increase.
Will this be the "Super-duper (or some other superlative) summer of IAUS", as predicted annually by Raging Bull poster "goodbet"?
Not likely, IMO.
The criminal case against Neldon and Glenda Johnson is scheduled for September 26, 2022.
Case #:2:21-cr-513
Hey, all you "true believers" ... are you ready to admit those nasty "Paid Bashers" you denigrated for years were right all along?
Not likely, IMO.
Sure is a pretty day.

To: TEDennis who wrote (7561) | 8/10/2022 1:16:32 PM | From: TEDennis | | | Oh, and I forgot to mention ...
The number of "Writs of Garnishment" has been increasing. Those are filed against people who cannot (or will not) pay their court approved amount due.
And, the number of Receiver cases against IAS/RaPower3 lens buyers that have been turned over to the government for collection has been increasing.
Let's see ... what else?
Well, heck. I'm working on another "interesting" project and don't have the time to keep up to date on this "massive fraud".
How 'bout one of you [formerly] vocal supporters chime in here?
Yeah, right. Like that's gonna' happen.
Not looking good for the home team.
Sure is a pretty day.
