Ive read the yahoo board and this guy #lotsafloat# which claims to be a long term holder, called this last run perfectly.
Ive read edgar and he seems to make a valid point of family ties to the board and its lawyers.
The cash value of dssi seems so overwhelming that I will just take my chances with them.
Any opinions? Is lotsafloat a short?

This is old news.
Yes, dssi has family on both its board and the law firm they deal with, Or they did at one time.
Dont expect a fast buck unless you happen to catch it just right< and hold for a few years.
Lotsafloat would never short dssi!

Ill never invest in a israeli company again.

I sold today, but I believe this lotsafloat guy on yahoo is an insider. Two days ago he predicted this and called the selloff to the penny.Im sending a complaint to the sec.

Im very bearish on the markets as a whole. I certainly dont have time to dwell on individual issues. Dssi is @ buy @ 2$.
I understand that a news segment is coming out in a few weeks but this company in my opinion is dead money!
Short it around $5 and you will be in the same leaque as the warrant holders!

Conversion is well over a year away.
Well if by next year TSEMF is still in these levels, and dssi is not profitable , well than dssi deserves to be below 1. Short sellers, or not.
But DSSI has increasing revenues. Less R&D expenses.
They are going to sell TSEMF in the next....time period.
Did you read the sec filing. A bit long but there is a clause some where in there for a cash conversion...
