This is really a grassroots exploration company but it is a good one. Simon Ridgway, a well-known and successful gold exploration geologist, has assembled some of the most highly prospective ground in some very under-explored areas of Nicaragua and Guatemala. On June 1, the company will seek shareholder approval to merge a sister company, namely PilaGold Inc. on the basis of one share of Radius for every 2.25 shares of PilaGold. In my view, the merger of these two companies provides for some cost savings and the elimination of any perceived conflicts of interest. If you are looking for a pure grassroots exploration play with people who know that business and with some hugely prospective targets, RDU has to be one of the best juniors out there for that purpose. |

On the same page, I would like to draw your attention to the link to an information handout for a recent analyst's visit to our El Pavon project in Nicaragua. The trip was a success and led to a significant increase in both trading volumes and share price last week.
On the corporate front, Radius and PilaGold have finally completed their merger resulting in a single company, Radius Gold Inc, which began trading on July 2nd under the old Radius symbol RDU. This has undoubtedly cleared up some confusion for shareholders and increased our overall liquidity in the markets.
