That is certainly a fair question.

I only have a few energy investments left, and am gradually paring them as opportunity presents. Yes, these are the bad ones that I am still underwater with but hope to eventually get out of the hole. Energy stocks once made up about 40% of my pf, but they are down to about 1/10th of that now.

I have dabbled here and there with green investing, alternative energy and the like, but I just don't seem to have the facility to make money at it. Most of what I invest in now is mining stocks, which I have always approached with what is now known as an ESG mindset, picking the companies with the highest standards concerning energy use, other environmental effects, how they treat their employees, and their relations with local communities and governments, an approach I have found leads to higher returns in the long run.

John, another piece of background that might help explain my response. After posting on the Uranium board for over 15 years, I recently got banned because a new moderator came in and I dared question the OT political posts he was starting to make.

You of course are welcome to post here, as long as you avoid politics and global climate change..

Headwater Exploration Inc. Nov 15, 2022, 09:00 ET

CALGARY, AB, Nov. 15, 2022 /CNW/ - Headwater Exploration Inc. (the "Company" or "Headwater") (TSX: HWX) announces the results of its two stratigraphic exploration test wells.

Headwater recently completed two stratigraphic test wells on our Shadow exploration prospect in the Greater Peavine area. Unfortunately, neither well encountered hydrocarbon bearing sands in our previously identified prospective zones. The drilling rig scheduled to drill three horizontal tests in this area is now being moved to our Utikima lake prospect to continue our exploration drilling program. Further exploration results will be reported as they become available which is not anticipated to be until the middle of the first quarter of 2023.

These exploration results have no impact to our 2023 guidance as previously outlined in our press release dated November 3, 2022.

In addition, Headwater is pleased to announce that it has released its inaugural Environment, Social and Governance Report for 2022 (the "2022 ESG Report"). The 2022 ESG Report and the Company's most recent corporate presentation can be found on Headwater's website at www.headwaterexp.com

Our recent equity financing and credit facility expansion will allow us to accelerate the organic growth strategy portion of our goal to reach 25,000 boe/d. The success of the first three wells at Gwinville has already increased our corporate production by over 100% and we remain truly excited at the future potential of this asset. We now look forward to beginning a long-term development drilling program, starting in Q4 2022, to unlock shareholder value due to the significant reserves, production and cashflow growth in Gwinville. This upcoming program will utilize the learnings from the three well program in Q2 as well as drill horizontal lateral lengths of up to 6,500 ft in length. The vast company owned infrastructure at Gwinville allows for quick conversion from capex to cashflow in this next phase of development which will support our fundamental strategy of both organic and inorganic growth of natural gas weighted assets in the Gulf Coast area of the United States in a timely fashion. We look forward to updating the market once we have results from the initial phase of our development plan which we expect will act as a significant catalyst to unlock the value in the current share price."

Capital Budget

Based on the success of the initial three well appraisal program at Gwinville, Southern's Board of Directors has approved a capital budget of $78.1 million for the first half of 2023. Due to a delay in receiving the drilling rig from the previous operator, resulting in a later start to the Q4 drilling program, $11.4 million of the previously approved $34.4 million second half 2022 capital budget has been deferred into 2023 and is included in the $78.1 million first half 2023 program. The current Gwinville development program will consist of the drilling, completion and equipping of up to 13 horizontal wells, as well as the necessary compression additions, pad construction, in-field pipelines and water disposal well conversions that will service the next few years of Gwinville development. Major services and equipment have been secured for the development program to optimize capital and operational efficiencies. The approved drilling program will target multi-zone horizontal potential in the Upper Selma, Lower Selma and City Bank formations.

Operations Update

Q3 2022 represented the first three months of full production addition from the three well appraisal program in the Gwinville field. The three well pad site contributed approximately 1,546 boe/d (9.3 MMcfe/d) - an increase of more than 80% to Southern's base production in the quarter. All three horizontal wellbores targeted the Upper Selma Chalk formation, highlighted by the 19-3 #2 well achieving an average initial production rate over the first 30 days ("IP30") of 6.5 MMcf/d. After the first 120 days of production ("IP120"), the wells have averaged 533 boe/d (3.2 MMcfe/d). When these appraisal rates are normalized for a horizontal lateral length of 5,500' - i.e. the length of the average lateral planned in the upcoming program - the IP120 rate per well is approximately 900 boe/d (5.4 MMcfe/d). The wells are continuing to perform as expected based on preliminary estimates, and Southern will likely be installing tubing strings into each of the laterals in the next few months to optimize flow efficiency.

Based on these successful production results and supported by the $31.0 million equity financing and $25.0 million increase to the Company's existing borrowing capacity, Southern began preparations for a multi-well, long-term re-development program in the Gwinville field. The drilling rig moved to the Company's 18-10 padsite and on November 20, 2022 spud the first of the three planned horizontal wells. The 18-10 padsite will feature two Upper Selma Chalk horizontal wells, along with Southern's first City Bank horizontal appraisal well. The program will also include the first horizontal evaluation of the Lower Selma Chalk formation. Southern is in the process of constructing five separate padsites for multi-well pad drilling to support a long-term drilling program.

Outlook

Southern has recently spud the first well in the next phase of the drilling program at Gwinville, with all major services and equipment procured for safe and efficient operations. Southern intends to strategically and efficiently deploy cash from the recent equity financing and increased borrowing capacity from the Credit Facility to capitalize on the strong natural gas pricing in the Southeastern U.S. and strong economics at the Gwinville field, to materially grow the Company organically over the coming years. As Southern refines its drilling techniques on subsequent Gwinville wells and increases its average horizontal wellbore length, management are confident that the economics of the wells will be further increased reducing payback time significantly.

Natural gas pricing has remained strong in the Southeastern U.S. spot and forward basis markets highlighted by the August 2022 settlement price where a portion of Southern's natural gas sold for approximately $5.00 per MMBtu premium to NYMEX. The futures markets continue to indicate premiums to NYMEX extending out to 2026. At current pricing the Company's average horizontal well at Gwinville is expected to payout in less than 12 months. The Company continues to monitor these premium prices and is prepared to hedge additional basis exposure at these elevated basis premiums.

Calvin Yau, Chief Financial Officer of Southern, commented:

"Q3 was a strong period for Southern with the quarter representing the first full period of cash flow from our successful Gwinville appraisal programme. Our strong production along with the continued strength of natural gas spot and basis pricing premiums to NYMEX in Southeastern U.S. has put the Company on a strong footing as we embark on further drilling. This long-term drilling program will add new unhedged production allowing Southern and its shareholders to realize significant additional value, from sales made at premiums to NYMEX. From a balance sheet perspective our $31.0 million equity financing and $25.0 million increase to the Company's existing borrowing capacity means that we are able to fund a capital programme that allows us a level of cashflow which we can recycle into further development of our asset base, increasing cashflows further."

The Company's long-term strategy remains consistent, with an unwavering commitment to environmental, social and governance ("ESG") principles that support the continued development and consolidation of prolific reservoirs that are outside of the more expensive shale basins. Cost savings and financial discipline will remain a priority through the continued enhancement of operations and the ongoing evaluation of opportunities to reduce operating and capital costs.

Southern thanks all of its stakeholders for their ongoing support and looks forward to providing future updates on operational activities.

Short Form Base Shelf Prospectus

On November18, 2022, Southern filed and obtained a final receipt for a final base shelf prospectus (the "Prospectus") in each of the territories and provinces of Canada, other than Quebec. The Prospectus enables Southern to qualify the distribution of up to C$150 million of any combination of ordinary shares, warrants, subscription receipts, debt securities and units during the 25-month period that the Prospectus remains effective. The specific terms of any future offerings of securities, including the use of proceeds from an offering, will be established in a prospectus supplement filed with the applicable Canadian regulatory authorities. The Prospectus provides the Company, as a dual listed entity, with future flexibility with respect to the issuance of various securities. Southern currently has no contemplated plan to raise capital.

READER ADVISORY

MCFE Disclosure. Natural gas liquids volumes are recorded in barrels of oil (bbl) and are converted to a thousand cubic feet equivalent (Mcfe) using a ratio of six (6) thousand cubic feet to one (1) barrel of oil (bbl). Natural gas volumes recorded in thousand cubic feet (Mcf) are converted to barrels of oil equivalent (boe) using the ratio of six (6) thousand cubic feet to one (1) barrel of oil (bbl). Mcfe and boe may be misleading, particularly if used in isolation. A boe conversion ratio of 6 mcf:1 bbl or a Mcfe conversion ratio of 1 bbl:6 Mcf is based in an energy equivalency conversion method primarily applicable at the burner tip and does not represent a value equivalency at the wellhead. In addition, given that the value ratio based on the current price of oil as compared with natural gas is significantly different from the energy equivalent of six to one, utilizing a boe conversion ratio of 6 Mcf:1 bbl or a Mcfe conversion ratio of 1 bbl:6 Mcf may be misleading as an indication of value.

Throughout this press release, "crude oil" or "oil" refers to light and medium crude oil product types as defined by National Instrument 51-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities ("NI 51-101"). References to "NGLs" throughout this press release comprise pentane, butane, propane, and ethane, being all NGLs as defined by NI 51-101. References to "natural gas" throughout this press release refers to conventional natural gas as defined by NI 51-101.

Unit Cost Calculation. For the purpose of calculating unit costs, natural gas volumes have been converted to a boe using six thousand cubic feet equal to one barrel unless otherwise stated. A boe conversion ratio of 6:1 is based upon an energy equivalency conversion method primarily applicable at the burner tip and does not represent a value equivalency at the wellhead. This conversion conforms with National Instrument 51 101 - Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities. Boe may be misleading, particularly if used in isolation.

Short-Term Results. References in this press release to IP30, production test rates, initial test production rates, and other short-term production rates are useful in confirming the presence of hydrocarbons, however such rates are not determinative of the rates at which such wells will commence production and decline thereafter and are not indicative of long term performance or of ultimate recovery. While encouraging, readers are cautioned not to place reliance on such rates in calculating the aggregate production for Southern. A pressure transient analysis or well test interpretation has not been carried out in respect of all wells. Accordingly, the Company cautions that the test results should be considered to be preliminary.

Future Oriented Financial Information. This press release contains future-oriented financial information and financial outlook information (collectively, "FOFI") about Southern's prospective results of operations, cash flow, increased capacity under the credit facility, capital expenditures and payout of wells, all of which are subject to the same assumptions, risk factors, limitations, and qualifications as set forth in the above paragraphs. FOFI contained in this document was approved by management as of the date of this document and was provided for the purpose of providing further information about Southern's future business operations. Southern and its management believe that FOFI has been prepared on a reasonable basis, reflecting management's best estimates and judgments, and represent, to the best of management's knowledge and opinion, the Company's expected course of action. However, because this information is highly subjective, it should not be relied on as necessarily indicative of future results. Southern disclaims any intention or obligation to update or revise any FOFI contained in this document, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, unless required pursuant to applicable law. Readers are cautioned that the FOFI contained in this document should not be used for purposes other than for which it is disclosed herein. Changes in forecast commodity prices, differences in the timing of capital expenditures, and variances in average production estimates can have a significant impact on the key performance measures included in Southern's guidance. The Company's actual results may differ materially from these estimates.

Specified Financial Measures. This press release provides various financial measures that do not have a standardized meaning prescribed by IFRS, including non-IFRS financial measures, non-IFRS financial ratios and capital management measures. These specified financial measures may not be comparable to similar measures presented by other issuers. Southern's method of calculating these measures may differ from other companies and accordingly, they may not be comparable to measures used by other companies. Adjusted funds flow from operations, operating netback, adjusted working capital and net debt are not recognized measures under IFRS. Readers are cautioned that these specified financial measures should not be construed as alternatives to other measures of financial performance calculated in accordance with IFRS. These specified financial measures provide additional information that management believes is meaningful in describing the Company's operational performance, liquidity and capacity to fund capital expenditures and other activities. Please see below for a brief overview of all specified financial measures used in this release and refer to the Company's MD&A for additional information relating to specified financial measures, which is available on the Company's website at www.southernenergycorp.com and filed on SEDAR.

"Adjusted Funds Flow from Operations" (non-IFRS financial measure) is calculated based on cash flow from operative activities before changes in non-cash working capital and cash decommissioning expenditures. Management uses adjusted funds flow from operations as a key measure to assess the ability of the Company to finance operating activities, capital expenditures and debt repayments.

"Adjusted Funds Flow from Operations per Share" (non-IFRS financial measure) is calculated by dividing Adjusted Funds Flow from Operations by the number of Southern shares issued and outstanding.

"Operating Netback" (non-IFRS financial measure) equals total oil and natural gas sales less royalties, production taxes, operating expenses, transportation costs and realized gain / (loss) on derivatives. Management considers operating netback an important measure to evaluate its operational performance, as it demonstrates field level profitability relative to current commodity prices.

"Net Debt Surplus" (capital management measure) is monitored by Management, along with adjusted working capital, as part of its capital structure in order to fund current operations and future growth of the Company. Net debt is defined as long-term debt plus adjusted working capital surplus or deficit. Adjusted working capital is calculated as current assets less current liabilities, removing current derivative assets/liabilities, the current portion of bank debt, and the current portion of lease liabilities.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

Frontera, CGX postpone Guyana well drilling

ca.finance.yahoo.com

Mon, November 28, 2022 at 7:54 a.m.·1 min read

Nov 28 (Reuters) - A joint venture formed by Canada-based companies Frontera Energy Corp and CGX Energy Inc said on Monday it was postponing drilling of the Wei-1 well in offshore Guyana, citing contractor obligations.

The JV said it has agreed with the Guyanese government to start drilling no later than Jan. 31, 2023 to allow contractor Noble Corp Plc to complete current obligations in Trinidad.

Frontera and CGX were previously scheduled to begin drilling the well by Nov. 27.

Wei-1 is one of two wells on Guyana's Corentyne block that the companies have committed to drill. The other well, Kawa-1, struck light oil and gas condensate in May, though the companies had not said how much oil was found or whether it was commercially viable.

The JV is expected to be the next consortium to move oil exploration projects in Guyana to the development phase, after a group led by Exxon Mobil found about 11 billion barrels in recoverable oil and gas resources and began output in 2019.

Gran Tierra Energy Provides Operational and Financial Update

ca.finance.yahoo.com

Gran Tierra Energy Inc.
Mon, December 5, 2022 at 2:20 p.m.·12 min read

  • Ecuador Exploration: Charapa Norte-1 Well Producing at Average Rate of 1,188 BOPD

  • Colombia Exploration: Rose-1 Well Producing at Average Rate of 305 BOPD

  • Bought Back 15 Million Gran Tierra Shares of Common Stock for $20 Million Since September 1, 2022

  • CALGARY, Alberta, Dec. 05, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (Gran Tierra or the Company) (NYSE American:GTE) (TSX:GTE) (LSE:GTE) today announced an operational and financial update. All dollar amounts are in United States dollars, and production amounts are on an average working interest before royalties (“WI”) basis unless otherwise indicated. Per barrel (“bbl”) and bbl per day (“BOPD”) amounts are based on WI sales before royalties.

    Message to Shareholders

Gary Guidry, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gran Tierra, commented: “We are excited to share further updates on our exploration program. The Company has recently drilled four independent prospects, two in Ecuador and two in Colombia. All four have produced oil from different reservoir zones. We believe these prospects may offer future development opportunities in 2023 and beyond.

In the Oriente Basin of Ecuador, we are particularly pleased with the results of the Charapa Norte-1 well, which is producing over 1,100 BOPD with virtually no water. We believe the Charapa Norte prospect offers future well locations that Gran Tierra could potentially drill in 2023, which would further delineate the Hollin Sand in the Charapa Block.

In the Putumayo Basin of Colombia, ongoing positive results from the Rose-1 well, which is producing about 300 BOPD and virtually no water, may indicate that there are potential future well locations in the ALEA-1848 Block that could also be drilled.

With fourth quarter-to-date 2022 total Company average production(1) of approximately 32,000 BOPD, and current total average production of about 33,000 BOPD, we look forward to finishing 2022 on a strong note. We are also excited about our 2023 development and exploration capital programs and potential future share and bond buybacks. We plan to issue a press release outlining our 2023 production and financial guidance on or around December 8, 2022.”

    Operations Update:

  • Production

  • During fourth quarter-to-date 2022, Gran Tierra’s total average production(1) has been approximately 32,000 BOPD.

  • The Company’s current total average production is approximately 33,000 BOPD.

  • Ecuador Exploration:

  • Charapa Block (Gran Tierra 100% WI) – Charapa Norte-1 Well:

  • Gran Tierra’s second Ecuador well has been successfully completed in the Hollin Sand and is now being production tested.

  • During a 4-day period (December 1 to December 4, 2022), the Charapa Norte-1 well produced on a jet pump with minimal draw down at a stable average rate of 1,188 BOPD (29-degree API gravity oil) and 1 bbl of water (“BWPD”), with a gas-oil ratio (“GOR”) of 120 standard cubic feet per stock tank bbl (“scf/bbl”).

  • Gran Tierra plans to continue to monitor and adjust the injection pressure of this well’s jet pump for optimal production performance.

  • The Company is also currently planning to drill two follow-up exploration wells on the Charapa Block during 2023.

  • Chanangue Block (Gran Tierra 100% WI) – Bocachico-1 Well:

  • Gran Tierra’s first Ecuador well has been producing from the T Sand.

  • The Bocachico-1 is producing at a stable average rate of 227 BOPD (36-degree API gravity oil) and 264 BWPD, with a GOR of 487 scf/bbl. The Company continues to evaluate potential to isolate the source of water production in this well.

  • Using 3D seismic data, the Company plans to drill two follow-up exploration wells on the Chanangue Block during 2023.

  • Colombia Exploration:

  • ALEA-1848 Block (Gran Tierra 100% WI) – Rose-1 Well:

  • The Rose-1 well has been producing from the N Sand on a jet pump and is producing at a stable average rate of 305 BOPD (15.5-degree API gravity oil) and 2 BWPD, with a GOR of 13 scf/bbl.

  • Gran Tierra has provided a notice of discovery for the Rose-1 well to Colombia’s Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (“ANH”) and, while continuing to produce the Rose-1 well, plans to prepare an evaluation area proposal for submission to the ANH prior to the end of 2022.

  • Midas Block (Gran Tierra 100% WI) – Gaitas-1 and -2 Wells:

  • Based on the encouraging results of the Gaitas-1 exploration well, the Company has submitted a notice of discovery to the ANH.

  • Gran Tierra has also drilled and completed the Gaitas-2 exploration well, which penetrated the Umir Formation.

  • Gaitas-2 has found potential oil reservoir in the Lisama A and C Sands. The Lisama Sands are the reservoir zones which produce oil at Gran Tierra’s Acordionero oil field, which is located approximately 7 kilometers to the north of the Gaitas wells. Production testing of the Lisama A Sand is currently underway at Gaitas-2.

  • Colombia Development:

  • Moqueta Development Campaign:

  • On November 28, 2022, the Company spud the first development well in the Moqueta field since 2016. This well is expected to reach its planned total depth by mid-December 2022.

  • Drilling Rigs Secured for 2023:

  • The Company has executed all required service contracts for planned 2023 development drilling in Colombia.

  • Financial Update:

  • Share Buybacks: Pursuant to Gran Tierra’s current normal course issuer bid, Gran Tierra has purchased approximately 15 million shares since September 1, 2022, representing about 4.1% of shares outstanding, for a total purchase price of $20 million, at an average price of approximately $1.33 per share.

The use of the words “expect,” “plan,” “can,” “will,” “should,” “guidance,” “forecast,” “signal,” “progress,” and “believes,” derivations thereof and similar terms identify forward-looking statements. In particular, but without limiting the foregoing, this press release contains forward-looking statements regarding: the Company’s expected future production (including as a result of our testing results), the Company’s drilling program, the Company’s potential debt repayments and share repurchases, and its positioning for the remainder 2022. The forward-looking statements contained in this press release reflect several material factors and expectations and assumptions of Gran Tierra including, without limitation, that Gran Tierra will continue to conduct its operations in a manner consistent with its current expectations, pricing and cost estimates (including with respect to commodity pricing and exchange rates), and the general continuance of assumed operational, regulatory and industry conditions in Colombia and Ecuador, and the ability of Gran Tierra to execute its business and operational plans in the manner currently planned.

Among the important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those indicated by the forward-looking statements in this press release are: Gran Tierra’s operations are located in South America and unexpected problems can arise due to guerilla activity, strikes, local blockades or protests; technical difficulties and operational difficulties may arise which impact the production, transport or sale of our products; other disruptions to local operations; global health events (including the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic); global and regional changes in the demand, supply, prices, differentials or other market conditions affecting oil and gas, including inflation and changes resulting from a global health crisis, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, or from the imposition or lifting of crude oil production quotas or other actions that might be imposed by OPEC, and other producing countries and the resulting company or third-party actions in response to such changes; changes in commodity prices, including volatility or a decline in these prices relative to historical or future expected levels; the risk that current global economic and credit conditions may impact oil prices and oil consumption more than Gran Tierra currently predicts, which could cause Gran Tierra to further modify its strategy and capital spending program; prices and markets for oil and natural gas are unpredictable and volatile; the accuracy of testing and production results and seismic data, pricing and cost estimates (including with respect to commodity pricing and exchange rates); the effect of hedges; the accuracy of productive capacity of any particular field; geographic, political and weather conditions can impact the production, transport or sale of our products; the ability of Gran Tierra to execute its business plan and realize expected benefits from current initiatives; the risk that unexpected delays and difficulties in developing currently owned properties may occur; the ability to replace reserves and production and develop and manage reserves on an economically viable basis; the risk profile of planned exploration activities; the effects of drilling down-dip; the effects of waterflood and multi-stage fracture stimulation operations; the extent and effect of delivery disruptions, equipment performance and costs; actions by third parties; the timely receipt of regulatory or other required approvals for our operating activities; the failure of exploratory drilling to result in commercial wells; unexpected delays due to the limited availability of drilling equipment and personnel; volatility or declines in the trading price of our common stock or bonds; the risk that Gran Tierra does not receive the anticipated benefits of government programs, including government tax refunds; Gran Tierra’s ability to obtain a new credit agreement and to comply with financial covenants in its credit agreement and indentures and make borrowings under any credit agreement; and the risk factors detailed from time to time in Gran Tierra’s periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including, without limitation, under the caption “Risk Factors” in Gran Tierra’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 and its other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. These filings are available on the Securities and Exchange Commission website at sec.gov and SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

The forward-looking statements contained in this press release are based on certain assumptions made by Gran Tierra based on management’s experience and other factors believed to be appropriate. Gran Tierra believes these assumptions to be reasonable at this time, but the forward-looking statements are subject to risk and uncertainties, many of which are beyond Gran Tierra’s control, which may cause actual results to differ materially from those implied or expressed by the forward-looking statements. In particular, the unprecedented nature of the current economic downturn, pandemic and industry decline may make it particularly difficult to identify risks or predict the degree to which identified risks will impact Gran Tierra’s business and financial condition. All forward-looking statements are made as of the date of this press release and the fact that this press release remains available does not constitute a representation by Gran Tierra that Gran Tierra believes these forward-looking statements continue to be true as of any subsequent date. Actual results may vary materially from the expected results expressed in forward-looking statements. Gran Tierra disclaims any intention or obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except as expressly required by applicable law.

Presentation of Oil and Gas Information

References to a formation where evidence of hydrocarbons has been encountered is not necessarily an indicator that hydrocarbons will be recoverable in commercial quantities or in any estimated volume. Gran Tierra’s reported production is a mix of light crude oil and medium and heavy crude oil for which there is not a precise breakdown since the Company’s oil sales volumes typically represent blends of more than one type of crude oil. Well test results should be considered as preliminary and not necessarily indicative of long-term performance or of ultimate recovery. Well log interpretations indicating oil and gas accumulations are not necessarily indicative of future production or ultimate recovery. If it is indicated that a pressure transient analysis or well-test interpretation has not been carried out, any data disclosed in that respect should be considered preliminary until such analysis has been completed. References to thickness of “oil pay” or of a formation where evidence of hydrocarbons has been encountered is not necessarily an indicator that hydrocarbons will be recoverable in commercial quantities or in any estimated volume.
