I get it. The US public has been voting the "lessor of two evils" platform all your life and mine. Now we impeach Trump because half the country doesn't like his egomaniacal personality.

Sounds reasonable.

Sets a great precedent when the FCI and CIA collude with Obama/Clinton to derail the other party's nominee.

I don't really see a solution, but dismantling the Constitution because half the country dislikes the winner of the last presidential election seems.....extreme.

Grab her pussy was said years ago. Bill Clinton actually put a cigar up his interns pussy in the WH and Democrats had no problem with his behavior. Hypocrisy is the mainstay of American politics.

Fine, whatever, but why's your boy going to the SC to fight the release of the tax returns he promised to release years ago ... ?

I'm sure they figured out they will have zero life expectancy if they testify.
But as the GOP says, that's all second hand. But wait, now there's first hand information...

Better say, yup the extortion happened, but it's all good-natured fun and completely legal in any thugocracy, with precedents from Russia, North Korea, etc., the gov'ts most admired and respected by our twisted third branch.

Because, as Jack so eloquently stated:

"You can't handle the truth!"

I actually agree with you. Trump SHOULD go down. When his name first came on the scene I told the wingers he was a real estate scammer and rapist. No one seemed to care. Where I disagree is that you and many D party supporters conveniently forget these things when YOUR party is in power.

Todays example:

Trump is a pussy grabber but Billary? When you have one of the major news outlets in American covering up for them during the last election?

Too much innuendo in that story for my taste.

But for the rest, you're maybe projecting ... I don't forget stuff, I just change my opinion instead. If Slick is guilty in the Epstein thing put him in jail, just don't use that to somehow justify Trump.

You missed my point.

When Dems are in power, their corrupt actions are justified by their supporters.
When Republicans are in power, their corrupt actions are justified by their supporters.

So, we just keep accelerating down the rabbit hole.

Obama, Biden and Hillary were in Ukraine politics up to their eyeballs....yes, in corrupt ways. Trump asking Ukraine to investigate their actions is an impeachable offense?

Twitter should lifetime Ban Trump and most of this will go away. Take away his bully pulpit and he might just go away next year on his own accord.

>> Trump asking Ukraine to investigate their actions is an impeachable offense? <<

From here it looks like he didn't ask, he extorted.

Banning him from Twitter would be good on the merits, but I don't think anything will make him go away on his own ... too great a likelihood that his sorry ass would wind up in jail for that to happen.

The US doesn't ever give free money / weapons to any country. There are always a hitches and kickbacks. Democrats are pissed that they were not included in the kickback talks and that the kickback was targeted at them. Impeach Trump or don't, it wont change a thing or put a dent in the foreign aid scam.
