The developments at the company have been quite good since the merger last September. But they have been paying vendors with shares, and a lot of those shares are likely being turned into cash as soon as possible to get paid. I think that is what has been keeping RTGV down and why it dips suddenly.
Regarding the share buy back. It's supposed to start within the next few weeks. If they don't file their share repurchases, so they are official, then I will be done with RTGV, as that is a big red flag that something isn't right. Those who claim to talk to the company say that RTGV management has said they will file forms to document the share repurchases. I have been down this road before with pennystocks. I will believe it when I see it. |

When I read the I-Hub board, everyone is waiting for the 8-K filing to bring in new investors. Since it's a pennystock, perhaps just about everyone already knows about the court decision since pennies are followed in places like I-Hub rather than the newswires, and the 8-K will fall on deaf ears? I think the next significant rally will be when the KruseCom merger is close to getting done. Definitely worth keeping an eye on. |
