I was booted from ihub for arguing business with the young punk less than half my age. I would rather be booted than cowtow to some kid who seems to never go outside! I see it as a badge of honour.

Our good old Tim Hortons will drive KKD into the ground.

Maybe the fat boy will get a life.

LOL - what was this called "the perfect short" or something like that?

Too bad those who called it are not around to enjoy a donut or two?

Donny, you may be one of the few surviving. Hope you had it short....

Take care.

What is there to like about the company? Their Canada franchises filed bk, their California franchises are suing them, and who knows if the rest of them are making any money.

Why is it worth several hundred million dollars?

We don't know how much debt KKD has.

The Philadelphia Krispy Kreme franchisee filed for bankruptcy this morning. KKD is the majority owner of this franchisee, though I don't think their debt was consolidated on KKD's balance sheet. KKD is going to fund the Philly franchise during the restructuring.

KKD hasn't filed financial statements for about a year now. It's a roll of the dice whether or not the stock is a buy.

This is a long halt. Imo the NYSE has a few questions for management.
