IGAT was an unofficial co-winner of the OTC:BB Stock Picking Challenge today: Message 14506816 I'm hearing rumblings that this thing is finally going to wake up. Very tight float at much higher levels than this, likely a bargain down here. The volume will tell the tale. Won't take much to move it.
