Wow it takes a long time from filing to complete, it looks like IGAT filed on Sept 9 and is still completing paperwork.

I guess my other pinko <digg> LOL.........

will be a long time as they have not even got off their backsides to file.

New rule anyone who has not filed and gets an e and has not filed with 10 days of getting the E i am gonzo, period, i do not care what the story.........

no more love affairs for me,,,, LOL

Hey in my partying days the golf game was 4 hours the 19th hole has been known to take up to 8 hours to play,,,,,,,,,,,

then she was a wild ride home.

Ask Bish about the scotch and the "Benz" one day heck the golf game never even got started, lol.

Dana Point, CA ? May 30, 2000 ? Internet Golf Association, Inc. (OTCBB:IGAT) today announced that the Company has been informed by the Securities and Exchange Commission that they have declared effective the Company's Registration Statement on Form SB-2 which provides for the sale of up to 3,000,000 shares of common stock at $1.00 per share. The offer to sell these securities may only be made by means of the Company's prospectus which is available from the Company.
