I asked that question when I phoned the company last week. The answer was the accountants are working on it now and the forms will be filed well before the deadline. Do you know when the first tournament is? Are we expecting news? Once the investing public picks up on this it's going to fly IMO. It's only been trading for a couple of months or so as far as I can tell. I hear they're thinking about running some (?) beta tournies to get the bugs out of the system first. They wouldn't have $$ prizes but likely will have some nice golf stuff as prizes. I'm hoping to enter, I could use a new set of woods among other stuff.

Deal. Don't bring your clubs though, can't be on a golf course with my wife at nine months. Hell, we can tee off with our spoons and yell "PHOOOOO!" as we begin to eat. That should warn everyone else in the restaurant we are starting to eat. Bummer about Lorie Kane losing the LPGA in a playoff. Eight second place finishes now. The Canadian LPGA event starts here next Thursday.

We're looking for test players for a new line of irons and drivers. Test players get to
"test drive" a custom-fit set of Platinum Pro Tour clubs that retail for $3,000 for free
for a 45 day trial period. All that we ask is that you play them and give us your
feedback. This is important data that is used for both manufacturing and marketing
purposes. It is a complete win-win situation for everyone involved. Qualified golfers get
to play the latest, most technologically advanced golf clubs and we collect needed
information, about our products. In exchange, you will get to keep the Platinum Pro
Tour putter (retail $100) and a premium gift pack filled with balls, gloves, and assorted
items. You also may have a chance to keep the clubs for free.

Do You Qualify? Test Play Rules:

1.The 45-day Test Play begins on the day the equipment is delivered to the Test
Player.

2.All Test Players must be able to play the equipment at least three (3) times during the
45-day Test Play period.

3.All Test Players must agree to complete the simple Evaluation Form at the end of the
45-day Test Play period.

4.All Test players must be able to secure the Test Play Cost of the Equipment
(typically half the estimated retail cost) on a major credit card or with a check or
money order for the duration of the Test Play. This amount will be fully refunded to
your card when the clubs are returned.

5.After the Test Play is completed, all Test Players must initiate the return of the
equipment within 7 days of completion of the Test Play.

6.The equipment must be returned in the original shipping box and in reasonable
condition. Normal wear and tear is expected.

7.Test Players have the opportunity to keep the equipment at the end of the Test Play
for the Test Play Cost or by utilizing the Platinum Pro Tour Referral Program.

What You Get as a Test Player:
Besides the bragging rights of being on of the first golfers to hit these beautiful clubs
each Test Player who completes and returns the simple Test Play Evaluation Form will
receive the following:

The dynamic Platinum Pro Tour Putter (Retail Value $100)

surprise premiums.

have the option of receiving incredible savings on their long distance calling. With rates
as low as 7.9 cents per minute, billed in one-second increments, this program can
shave dollars off your phone bill like our clubs shave strokes
off your score.

Test Play Equipment Special - as you might imagine many of our Test Players love the
clubs they Test Play and want to know how they can keep them. There are two ways
for a Test Player to keep his or her
clubs.
