J.
I was told by IR and a manger of Select Client services that they are changing quote providers and that the service will be better in a week or so.

It has'nt worked better than the last 2 days in a long time.

Regards,

Rob

My response:

Dear DLJDirect: I am STILL getting THE REQUESTED PAGE IS UNAVAILABLE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.

This is on the portfolio holdings page, balances AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the TRADING window. This is NOT fixed, and is totally unacceptable. Please take some of the millions of $ of our commissions and UPGRADE the system so it can handle what is NOW not unusual but AVERAGE volume. Thank you.

Anyone have CISCO that does not show a split? I am told I won't have the shares until March 29th!!!! How can this be?
My portfolio shows the same number of shares at half the value!!! Anybody unhappy with this practice?

Pices

This is common practice in the industry. The split trading date is generally a few days before the delivery date.
