Thanks for info!!
I hope this private placement will not
ruin current investors expectations!
I mean some private placements proved
to be terrible for stocks as there was
subsequent shorting following
But if they manage to raise $20MM
that means a lot for the stock future
We should do fine!
:)
GO ZOZO!

Everybody needs to stay relaxed. This company is very young and
will grow with patience. Hold on to your shares and if you don't
have any, buy now! I was told by a very reputable source that they
already have their guaranteed 20 million to get to the small cap,
but also the fact that they can raise the 200 million to get to the big board.

It may not happen in September, but things are looking very good
for this company and all the shareholders involved.

"I was told by a very reputable source that they already have their guaranteed 20 million to get to the small cap."

Its always nice for a company to have a guaranteed $20.0 MM. You wouldn't care to share your the name of your reputable source, would you? I would suggest that you be careful with your predictions. Based on your prior posts, one of which discloses that you are holding restricted shares, it is obvious that you have access to inside personnel. Your credibility is already a bit suspect, though I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, as this is the only thread that you have posted on. Facts, not promotion, would be appreciated.

At this time, I would not share where I am getting this information.
It is confidential and when I can tell you my source, I will. I can say that I have been dealing with this person for a couple of years now, and he has never given me bad information.

Obviously, I am trying to do a little marketing myself for this company, but have confidence that even without my posts, this company will do fine without my positive strokes. I can say, however, that being a restricted share holder has given me more information than whats out there. I have been very careful with my disclosure of information and I knew about this stock going public 6 months before it did, but felt that putting posts out before it happened would be totally unethical and possibly putting the company at risk. I have waited patiently for all of these things to occur.

My credibility is only good if the information is correct and even inside information can be very wrong, so I have been careful to share. You are right about the $20 million. They are in the process of applying for the small cap as we speak. Thats all for now.

Maybe you would like to share your very reputable source??

Although rumor says it's going tp spiral, I think Infosys (INFY), India's best known software developer, is fully capable of making some nice increases. With hot clientele including GE, AT&T (T) and AMZN; and entry into the global e-commerce market INFY will prevail! HOLD or buy @ no more than $80-$85.

IR posted on SI board that they are in the process of completing a
$20,000,000 private placement. Somebody is willing to invest
$20M in Zeroes. That is huge. IMO an acquisition is probably the
reason for the financing. Looking forward to the next month (and
beyond), should be quite exciting for ZOZO investors. This thing is
going to take off someday soon and won't look back.

Reference is made to our prior posting of July 27, 1999, post #40, which indicated that Zeros & One's was in the process of completing a $20,000,000 financing. We understand that certain individuals may read this to indicate that the funding is imminent. To clarify our post, Zeros & Ones has commenced a Reg. D 506 private placement of $20,000,000. The private placement is for accredited investors only. The private placement is currently open and has not closed. There is no assurance that the Company will successfully conclude the financing. This is not a solicitation to buy or sell the security.

Thank you
