Excellent advice. BTW, speaking of scams, I lost 8 grand on this very stock. An anonymous poster on another board told me HVSF was about to make an important announcement that would cause a run-up...fool that I was, I purchased 1,000 shares at 8 bucks a share. Almost the very next day, the long ride down began. I kept thinking things would improve, until it got to the point that selling would cost more than just hanging onto the stock. So, here I am, still hanging on to these worthless shares...

This is a do-nothing company, it will never do anything, it is dead, dead, dead. So, bottom fishers, for your own good, do not assume that this one HAS to go back up eventually. It doesn't, and it won't. This company sucks.

Best regards to all,

Otter

Just keep holding those shares, you might get lucky someday. I once
held MISM which went down to 0.03 then 6 months later they
changed their name to CMOZ and bought investorsguru.com then
proceded to run up to $4.00 BUT I had already sold my 40k shares
at a LOSS and never bought back in even though I saw the runup
coming. Was that sentence long enough. lol

It was a long sentence but I understood it. Thank you for your kind words. I doubt if HVSF (now VGEN) will ever run up to $80 per share, but you never know. In the meantime, I keep my brokerage confirmation slip on my wall, just to remind me what a dumbass I was.

Best regards, Otter

Don't kick your own ass too hard, there were a lot of "speculators" and even a few investors that took it on the chin hard because of HVSF.

I have to say I am amazed that the stock is at its current levels. I mean climbing !!!!

New symbol, new victims, I guess. Note I did not say suckers, just doesn't apply here in my opinion.

Conference call LOL Stick a fork in it.
You can call it Vibragen
You can call it Harvard Scientific,
or by its first name which is more descriptive of the company.
"Witch Doctors Bones" It is done!
At least being a Nevada Corporation should make you feel secure.
and their "forward looking" stock price of $10 should be a comfort to those who are in at a pre-reverse $80. Stick a fork in the shareholders too.

Too Bad, Sooo Sad...and to think that phase II of this scam was off to such a good start. I hope some of the road kill from phase I didn't get so excited when VGEN topped $2.00 this week that they forgot to get out. No sympathy from this cat if the did.

Only question is who the hell bought? Ahh, to have the courage to go short! Looks like Miller's going to need that stockpile of PGE-1 to keep this monster up! Imagine the nerve refusing to answer questions about the $5,000,000 loan default on the part of Mssrs. Waite and See.

Looks like the only thing left is the SEC and the Directors and Officers Liability coverage which in fact may not respond in the case of:

SCAM SCAM SCAM, SWINDLE, SWINDLE SWINDLE, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.

Anyone still watching this one?
Could be a sleeper. Who knows?

It is the belief of the Company that if an agreement with a major industry partner can be secured, the possibility exists that the
regulatory process for its products could be expedited. This should enhance the Company's ability to bring its products to
market more quickly, thus enabling the Company to make fuller use of the remaining life of its patent for LLPGE1 which was
issued February 17, 1998.
