Jack, I have no control how a company manages their business or their finances. Nine times out of ten that has no reflection in what a stock price is doing now.

I am no longer working directly for the company; so I can not speak on behalf of the company.

Heidi is the one working for the company. If she can not or does not give you the response you are looking for, then please feel free to contact me and I will get you in direct contact with the company.

The only thing I know about the company as of today is what is being posted out on the threads. Nothing more, nothing less.

Also, if one believes in the company and likes the story; like I have said and told you before; average down or cut your losses.

A prime example of a stock that is about to get ready to take off is PCBM. I got a lot of people in that stock above .40.
They are now at break even and it is suppose to have some major news out next week. PCBM went all the way down to .10 a couple of weeks ago.

Now, show me the post where I gave you hell about these Canadian, Vancouver companies.

Jack, here is the contact for GBDI.

The Investor Relations Group

Lisa Lindberg or Diane Greisel

1-212-736-2650

Revenues? They do have money in the bank, but nothing to speak of in large sums. They are generating revenue now and have started a telemarketing campaign to attract more web hosting and web designing.

They are in the early stages of possibly inking a deal that could generate 2-3 million in revenue. No more details were discussed about it.

New version is up and running and they have changed their URL to Bizfiles.com

They are finding it to be catchier and easier to search for it with an easier name than Global Business Directory.

No new shares have entered the market. They have completed their audit and will be filing to be fully reporting this week.

It sounds to me they are progressing right along. Maybe not as fast as you and I would like, but it does look like things are coming together.

209.67.254.24

The URL name should be changed any day now is what I was told. You type in GBID.com and it takes you to this link.

Cheers!

Global Business Information Directory, Inc.
Releases Version 3 Of Site and New Web Address

SEATTLE September 8, 1999 - Global Business Information Directory, Inc. ("Global") (OTCBB: GBDI) a global business directory providing business with an opportunity to market themselves worldwide on the Internet, today announced that it has released the third and most advanced version of its search directory, located at www.bizfiles.com.

The introduction of Version 3.0 of Global's directory at www.bizfiles.com now provides full-text indexing of all or selected portions of business information in the directory. An enhanced interface allows for "any keywords" "all keywords" or exact phrase matching when searching the company name, company keywords or all company information. The search services have also been expanded to allow wider geographic searching for keywords within Business Categories while still providing lightening-fast search response times. This means that category searches can now be as broad as a global search or as narrow as a specific city within a State or Province. Category searching has also been expanded to allow full searching of the top-level business category. Also unique to bizfiles.com is its easy-to-use search and refinement interface that makes searching for a company simple.

Release 3.0 also allows companies to add or modify their core business information for free. Most other directory services do not provide this kind of service and rely on the business owner to go to the directory's list providers to make changes.

In addition, Global will begin to generate sales by offering the first of its Global ID(entity) FILES: the Products and Services ID FILE. Companies can now create, through a simple form interface, a Product and Services File, tailored to their industry sector. In just one click, potential customers will now be able to find the key business information they want from Global ID FILE subscribers. Unlike other directory advertising services, this new offering from Global allows the customer unlimited rights to modify their ID FILES, to add specials and change core information. All ID FILES are fully indexed into the bizfiles.com search engine and ID FILE subscribers are given priority ranking on search results, where the search terms match keywords within the company's basic or ID FILE information. Unlike other paid-for ranking services, bizfiles.com will ONLY return companies that match the search criteria given. Subsequent offerings of Global ID FILES will include the Corporate ID FILE.

Along with the ID FILES, Global will also offer the service of full-text indexing of existing web-sites to businesses worldwide.

"We are pleased to announce the release of this version to the Internet Business Community. The tools this version offers both the online company and the Internet user a very simple but effective way of both finding companies and for the companies themselves, the opportunity to be found," said Stephen Carmichael President and CEO of Global. "With the release we will see some dramatic results in how companies can market themselves internationally. Our desire is to ensure maximum exposure for all companies to new markets around the world."

Global Business Information Directory, Inc is positioned as the first truly global geographic business-to-business directory on the Internet. Global differentiates itself from word based search engines by offering an industry and geographic based business directory through its Website www.gbid.com. Its current database of more than 17 million companies has positioned Global as one of the largest free business directories on the Internet. Global offers a full line of services including Website hosting, Website construction and e-commerce solutions.

Global Business Information Directory, Inc.
Tries for the 3rd time to get investors interested.

HAMDEN, CT. (BALDINO.COM) September 8, 1999 - Global Business Information Directory, Inc. ("Global") (OTCBB: GBDI) a global business directory which appears to be
no more than a glorified yellow pages directory, is now
going by www.bizfiles.com.
Now that it changed it's name, it will probably take
6 more news releases before anyone even pays attention
to it. It is rumored that prospective investors want to see
not only financials, but the company to be fully reporting
before sinking one more dime into some other non-reporting
".com" company. As well as hire a real investor relations firm that does more than just post on internet message boards. A steady declining stock price over the past 4 or
so months should be an indace as to where the share price is heading. Also, the "double talk" about a 300,000 share float makes no sense to investors. The float is the float..
and there is no reason to believe anyone is tightly holding.
Most likely they have all dumped by now anyway
In speculation, this stock could be a great buy when the
ask reaches the .20 - .30 range.

They are not as unknown as you would think. They are getting tons of hits and are marketing themselves to some heavy hitters in the internet world.

Be patient, these guys are going somewhere. These companies always take a little longer than we would like, but it is coming together.

Make sure you give the IR company a call.

I must admit i was wrong when i posted in March that GBDI would be under a buck in a month. Since JMO posted that it would be $20 by the end of April, I'm sure he can understand my embarrassment.
