Momentum Trader is updating its recent stock pick EcomEcom.Com (ECEC,
formerly USSP).

We are pleased to announce that we have added ECEC to our short list of
medium to long term holding stocks. After many conversations with CEO
Dave Panaia, Momentum Trader firmly believes within 3-5 months ECEC
share value could rise dramatically. Some developments ECEC will undergo
in that time frame include a major advertisement blitz that the CEO
claims will be "first class." Dave Panaia states "prominent net banners,
search engines and arrangements with other sites will all be utilized."

Mr. Pavelka, one of our leading analysts who follows ECEC notes that
this stock reminds him of a previous pick of his, Bidnow.Com (BIDN). "I
followed BIDN when it was in the $2 range and have watched it rise
dramatically to the $20 range. I am very cautious of my price targets on
stocks I follow so do not want to say ECEC will follow in the footsteps
of BIDN, but the prospects for ECEC I believe equal those or surpass
those of BIDN. The one aspect of ECEC that I really like is the
risk/reward factor. At its current price of just over $1 we see the
upside potential greatly masking the downside risk. I certainly do not
expect ECEC to trend much lower than $1."

Compared with eBay, this company also offers an on-line auction. When
fully developed, ecom ecom Trading Club will be a full-service on- line
trading facility that offers its members several different venues for
trading their goods. In addition to the silent auction format
popularized by eBay and other auction web sites, the Trading Club will
allow its members to swap their items for other goods or simply post
their items for sale at a set price. According to David Panaia, CEO of
ecom ecom.com, inc., the Company is combining concepts proven to be
successful to build an e-commerce facility that puts the consumer in
charge. ''Our goals are to offer a broad range of trading options in a
secure environment at the lowest possible cost to our customers,'' he
said. ''Our club membership approach is simple. It eliminates the
listing and value- based transaction charges commonly found in Internet
auction sites. We have learned from the experience of America On Line
and other Internet service providers that per-use charges are not
consumer-friendly.'' Unlike other auction sites such as eBay, ecom ecom
does not charge for listing items to be auctioned and does not charge a
percentage of the value of items sold. Instead, an annual membership in
the Trading Club is available for $36, and a six-month membership costs
$24. This entitles the seller to unlimited use of the site. A free
30-day trial is available to first-time users for a limited time.

ecom ecom.com, inc. (formerly known as US Amateur Sports, Inc.) evolved
from a company that marketed sports-related products and services via
the Internet to a company focused on the development of innovative uses
of electronic commerce. www.ecomecom.com is an ''e-Commerce Portal.''

The company projects 600% revenue growth year over year and they are a
fully reporting company. The stock has a very low float which will add
to the increased price pressure.

During the past week or so USSP has released news of two acquisitions,
the ''A- Classified-Ad'' web site and The Official NP Magazine.
''A-Classified-Ad'' (www.aclassifiedad.com) will be added to the ''ecom
ecom Trading Club,'' The addition of aclassifiedad.com broadens the
scope of the Trading Club's services to include the advantages of the
newspaper classified advertising format but with the world-wide reach of
the Internet.
