Yeah but we really fucked up, your point is a good one though. No amount of money will fix the current problem. Canada has the highest rates of HIV and diseases once eradicated are flourishing on Reserves. If we went back 150 years sat around a table and said, how can we really fuck these people up, we won the gold medal. Get rid of the Indian Act, join society and move on is the only solution for Canadian First Nations.
