Nucleus, Inc. Completes Acquisition of SJI Corporation

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1999--Nucleus, Inc., a leader in e-business
consulting and Internet infrastructure, design and optimization, today announced the completion of the acquisition of SJI
Corporation, a privately held Seattle based corporation that designs, implements and integrates complex Internet, extranet and
networking solutions for many of today's leading high growth companies.
