IBM with a big Diggler Stick today. I saw something on IBM on Bloomberg today, but I don't know what. Like maybe they don't suck as bad as they usually do..

Action in gold/gold shares is very impressive here. GDXJ looks parabolic ST, but looking at daily/weekly on $HUI/GDX we have room to run still. Also silver while OB ST still has a lot of room to run on the weekly. Now that the large caps have become pricier I would expect more M/A soon. Merger of equals would create most shareholder value in this environment. Get liquid and fund more internal projects.

Gold shares are saying that we're likely going to break up on this gold flag and likely prior to Fed. At some pt I may hedge my individual shares w/some Dust, but can be dangerous in this kind of environment so I'd rather pare back and/or rotate to laggards.

It looks like SLV is gunning for that $15.41 target, where I suspect there may be heavy algo selling.

This is a mind-blowing graphic illustrating how tariffs from China are affecting US Trailer and RV factories:

graphics.reuters.com

We may be seeing a situation where transports are suggesting lower unit volume of manufactured goods, but the value of those goods are stable or slightly higher due to the higher duty levels causing higher final goods output prices.

Example 1,000 units at $80= $80,000
Now 800 units at $100 = $80,000

In the end, consumers get less stuff for the same money, meaning a lower standard of living.

A good course in Statistics would help you understand if the data sets you are being shown are sufficient to have the authors make the observations they are making.

The volume for RGLD has remained rather constant with its rise. That's rather surprising. I would have thought Dalio's comments would have boosted it to 600,000/daily. (The day is still young, however.)

We're now running a "Baker's Dozen" in reverse.

SLV blew by that $15.41 area. This is quite interesting.
