Looks like some sucker sold 50k at .015 and the market makers just raised ask to .025 LOL!! Folks if you did not get in at .015 or .02 i hate it for you!!! News is just around the corner and TOO MANY FOLKS ARE WATCHING (MDMI) I argued with a guy yesterday about the spread they were offering: .015 X .03 THAT'S BECAUSE THE FLOAT IS TINY!!! There are only 38 Million shares outstanding and i am close to owning 1Million....(THAT's HOW much i believe in SHAW and this company)
-What do you expect to pay for a real comapny with 40 employees.
-A new acquisition (Java Central with several locations)
-Bakery orders coming in rapidly,
-Krogers (I know this deal didn't work as planned but do give credit)
-AAFES U.S. army exchange services.
-All of there past clientel....
-New deals and Acquisition pending.

crappy shell companies get more than .02 cents

What would you pay? MDMI: Massimo da Milano, Inc .05 .10 .13

I WOULD PAY $1-$2 DOLLARS!!! (After of course I visit the Bakery and Resturant)

Think about it! especially if this is your first time here reading about this company. All thoughts, questions & comments welcome. Check the historical chart before you start to sling arrows.MoneyMade

Sincerely,

2 cents is a good price for MDMI, but $1-$2, I don't think so. In the last year it has tried twice to break above .30 (early Jan and early Jun) and can't hold it. So the plan (my plan anyway) is to buy under 6 cents and unload when it goes over .18. And it looks like it is starting to make another test run. If it does break above .30 I'll still have a core position. If it hits 30 and falls below 25, I'll be gone. I'm not a day trader, but when you see a pattern starting to form, take advantage of it.

Your absolutely right DuGen and just think...at that time we did not
have the Java Acquisition!!! The co. just came out of ch.11 and investors had nada! Now, the puzzle is coming together; you and I
both know .02 for a stock that was .30 cents when at the time all of this was taking place (rumors)is hillariously nauseating if you bought earlier in the year at those prices .13-.19 or HIGHER!

Recap:

*Small float
*they have a phone
*they have employees (40)
*Co. is profitable

Look at: SNTS, LBGF,MAMH,PRWT,ENZH,ATRE,REDI,TVSI, MYGD even...
where investors plunked down cold hard ca$h for a shell

Dude....I'll give you 5,000 shares if you can find me the CEO of any
two-three companies that I have listed!!

This is the site for MDMI for anyone that wants to find out info.
about MDMI. I think you may find it interesting. You may find
that this company is bigger than you thought!

Since nobody posted this here I thought I should.

I wish the company would do a news release and let the share holders
know what is going on.

I hope they find a new Investor Relations soon!

Also company e-mail is:

I would like to take a count on all the shares we hold.
So if everyone PM me I will post on friday what we all
own as a group. I will not post who owns how many or who owns
the stock. If you are reading this and you are not a member of SI
you can e-mail me at oldstocks@aol.com.

I am doing this to see how much of the float we own at this time.

This was done on the TSIG board and it worked out well.

Also if you have any friends or family that owns MDMI let me know
how many shares they have.

Hopefully we will have a voice with MDMI!

Thanks, Keith..!

The MM is obviously jerking everybody around with the spread; so I would recommend some very tight limit-buys.

If they want to bring the Bid up somewhere reasonable - then more of would be willing to commit. The 0.07 high doesn't mean a damn thing, when the Bid stays at 0.02.

This ain't no Internet Portal, so don't get suckered - friends! When your money is in "your pocket" - you still have the "Schtick"..!!

John :-)

You are right this is not an internet portal for .07
Then again you show me one internet portal for .07 & I will buy it!!!
MDMI is a public business with a web site that you can find info.
on it. Not to many .05 stocks will give you any info.
