****5,270,450 shares held by 34 investors w/float of 6,000,000******
I'm sure we can give or take a few thousand shares because not everyone has gotten to me with how many shares they hold. But this
does tell me that the Market Makers don't have many shares.

So if & when news hits the streets the market makers are going to be
short a few shares.

>> ..........a sincere REMINDER and specific WARNING.......... <<

It would be to OUR BEST ADVANTAGE to attract other RESPONSIBLE INVESTORS here, who have the ability and desire to accumulate and hold this stock....!

A few posts back, somebody said, "..let's get the word out..."!

I would suggest that everyone be ..VERY DAMN SELECTIVE.. in whom you get the word out to..!!

If people start ..posting.. this subject to the "..Day Trader.." boards - you'll get a big *Pop*, and then a big *Tank* - and you will have shot YOURSELF right in the ass...!!

It could also hurt MDMI, which is a small company, that deserves a break.

MDMI has "....GOLDEN GOOSE..." qualities - so "please" DON'T SCREW THIS ONE UP with silly-ass, "..GO-GO-GO..", "..WHIZ-BANG..", "..ZIS-BOOM-BAH.." bull****, all over SI...!!

..Okay..!! Think before you "blab"..!

Just trying to help.....

John :-)

ps: Would you call and tell Warren Buffett, T. Boone Pickens, CNN, or some jackass at the IRS - if you just found a huge "..vein of gold.." in the root cellar in your basement...?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Company Press Release
iChargeit Reaches Agreement With Massimo Da Milano
To Provide Massimo's Jave-Centrale with an E-Commerce Enabled Virtual Storefront
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999-- iChargeit Inc. (OTC BB:ICHG) (formerly Para-Link - OTC BB:PLNKD) today announced that the Company reached an agreement with Massimo Da Milano Inc. (OTC BB:MDMI), to provide the company with an e-Commerce enabled virtual storefront. MDMI currently has 11 Java-Central storefront franchises, as well as a Wholesale Bakery operation in Dallas, Texas.

Although details of terms were not disclosed, the agreement provides iChargeit cash, stock and a percentage of sales in exchange for providing MDMI with a Featured Store presence in the Cybermall.

Jesse Cohen, CEO of iChargeit Inc., stated, ''This is the first in a series of anticipated transactions between ICHG and MDMI. Dallas-based MDMI is a well-known consumer brands company specializing in bakery goods, fine breads, and coffee. In addition, MDMI owns a coffee franchise network under the name Java-Centrale. The online-based Java Centrale virtual store will carry one of the widest selections of coffees found worldwide and will include over 160 blends from some of the most exotic locations in the world.''

''The exposure on the virtual mall, global presence and our unsurpassed abilities in currency conversion through our alliance with the Winners Internet Network (OTC BB:WINR), I contend, will garner great results for all companies involved and for their shareholder bases as well,'' Cohen concluded.

IChargeit Inc.'s key partners and anchor tenants include, but are not limited to: Preferred Voice International (OTC BB:PVFI), Winners Internet Network (OTC BB:WINR), Internet Media Corp. I can help you set up an on-line mall! We set up both eCommerce store
