What ever works for you is fine....I can never tell when a stock is low or high...I just play the odds as I see them and have done well over the years....This year is my best so far..... My theory is to sell puts on stock I dont mind owning lower and if I get hit with the stock I sell calls and another put to spread the deal....If the stock really starts falling and I dont want to be in anymore I'll either just sell or sell cheap calls.....It doesnt always work and sometimes I get a lot of stock in a company I wish I didnt....but that is my game...

That is a good way to own stock you would normally want to own anyway, and at a cheaper price to boot! BBBY is currently in a rather strange position now, as it is "trapped" between trying to break above falling trend-line resistance on the one hand, and hold rising trend-line support on the other..... Boy...that sure is true.....all my stocks are getting killed but when that happens I buy more....as today .... Havent done anything with BBBY ....just holding my small positions... al
