U.S. Microbicssees FY 99 EPS $0.50-$1.00
CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov 20 (Reuters) - U.S. Microbics said Friday that net income for its fiscal year ending September 10, 1999, will range between $0.50 and $1.00 per share, while revenues reach at least $30 million.
The company, a marketer of proprietary microbial technologies for environmental cleanup, said it will begin filling a $30 million product backlog on December 15, when its new Carlsbad facility begins full operations. Products will be shipped to customers in the commercial, industrial, agricultural and municipal markets.
Based on market conditions, the company said it could achieve revenues of up to $100 million by 2002. |

Today is tax day (15 th) so that makes Monday the 19th of April. The day the International Insitu Bioremediation Conference kicks off.

CARLSBAD, Calif., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Over 1,500 scientists, engineers, consultants, and foreign company representatives are attending the International Insitu Bioremediation Conference in San Diego, where U.S. Microbics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BUGS - news), is introducing its patented Bio-Raptor(TM) for contaminated soil cleanup, animal waste processing and green waste decomposition applications.
The Bio-Raptor(TM) is portable, street legal, and utilizes proprietary microbial blends with a patented application process to quickly and inexpensively decontaminate soil, decompose green waste, and remove odors, pathogen, and weed seeds from animal effluent.
The Bio-Raptor(TM) a shredder, conveyor, sprayer system is used to particalize soil into small chunks that can easily be sprayed with water containing activated microbial blends. After the contaminated soil passes through the Bio-Raptor(TM) system it is stacked onsite while the microbes break down the hydrocarbon chains into carbon dioxide, water, and other innocuous substances. The standard Bio-Raptor(TM) has a peak throughput capacity of 600 tons per hour and is ideally suited for portable insitu applications as well as centrally located operations such as a soil or waste-recycling center. The machine is also used worldwide in rock quarries and construction sites for soil screening applications, recycling, and aggregate sizing. Companies with machines similar to the Bio-Raptor(TM) can have their existing equipment retrofitted with the proprietary Microbial Application System to utilize the microbial blends required for bioremediation and waste processing.

I can't imagine what is going on but the trading pattern is much more constructive. Even up on low volume the past three days and up on high volume today.
Looks to me like we are heading north.
Anyone have any ideas why?
I suspect it has to do with brokers recommending the stock. |

I think it's the press release more than anything. I don't think that Stellar stocks, or whatever it's name is, recommendation has much to do with it, except it got BUGS name our to more investors. They show their compensation for their endorsement, so that, to me, deprives it of any real value. Yours, Steve |

It is clear from Stellar report, they need financing to get listed on NASDAQ. That would seem to be the next step. The key question is financing at what price? $2.50, $4, $6, $8? Wish I knew the answer to that question. If the financing were at $2.50 they still couldn't get listed so I suppose that it will be at $4 or above. |
