What I learned from the pillow quiz confirmed what I've been doing. I already own 2 slightly different contour pillows. I alternate one of those with one of the standard Sleep Number pillows that I bot with the bed. This is only a partial solution that doesn't last long. Just in the last 5-6 months I've started seeing a chiropractor again. He fixes me for a couple weeks at a time, but it just doesn't last. I get some bad headaches in my right temple if I don't get an adjustment pretty frequently. Looking for an answer that would last longer. MY PILLOW is probably in my future. Cheaper than the chiropractor!!
