I know people who love them. I also know a few who dislike them as "too high." Personal preference, I guess.

Is your knee really hurting? Unstable?

I will look into the pillows.

I have a Sleep Number bed and pillows. They're about 10 years old and I still sleep very well. I'm suspicious of the pillows though. What about those Ghost Pillows you mentioned? Never heard of them.

It doesn’t really hurt, but it’s unstable and I get a weird feeling at times that I describe as a “pop.”

It limits me in walking and I can’t run at all.

Doc said if it doesn’t improve in a month, get an MRI to se what’s going on. So that’s what I’m doing.

I have a Sleep Number bed and pillows.

Same here, and we've actually had three SN beds. One is in our cabin, and we gave our queen set to my sister when we bot our King set.

I also love the idea that we'll never have to buy another bed. We get a very good night's sleep on our SN bed.

Here is a pillow quiz:

What I learned from the pillow quiz confirmed what I've been doing. I already own 2 slightly different contour pillows. I alternate one of those with one of the standard Sleep Number pillows that I bot with the bed. This is only a partial solution that doesn't last long. Just in the last 5-6 months I've started seeing a chiropractor again. He fixes me for a couple weeks at a time, but it just doesn't last. I get some bad headaches in my right temple if I don't get an adjustment pretty frequently. Looking for an answer that would last longer. MY PILLOW is probably in my future. Cheaper than the chiropractor!!

Luckily I don't have a medicine cabinet.

:)
