Arnowife had the same problem...well, similar.

Had it 'scoped'. It did make it stable, but still had pain

I think knees are subjected to a lot of abuse in our early years; thus they hurt when we reach middle age.

Back on topic, I will never ever buy a Mitsubishi car after having been subjected to the "rap" salesman commercial. The worst.

Next worst is the awful Progressive commercial wherein Jamie is coaching singers trying for Blue Heaven.

Ken.............have you seen a doctor about your neck? Getting headaches doesn't sound right or good.

I think I may have brought this problem on myself. You may recall that I moved from Colorado to Arizona a couple years ago. I was seeing a chiropractor on a very regular basis in CO, but neglected to stay with that after the move. Got busy with new stuff and taking care of needs and new interests. I sort of got acquainted with new doctors as the need came up. I lost a crown in the first month, so the dentist was my first "find".

I started with a new DC here in AZ since the first of the year, but not very regularly until recently. He tells me this is tension and I need to ice the neck after his treatment, which I am bad about doing. At any rate, I think this is going to be taken care of with more regular attention and following advice.

I feel pretty good, otherwise. This warmth is certainly a big help and the primary reason for the move. The triple digit days are much easier to cope with than the below freezing winters in CO, as much as I hated to leave my home state.

Good to hear from you!

I know a few people with arthritis in the neck and they say it can be very painful as well as very hard to treat. A simple x-ray will tell a person quite a lot about what's going on and why pain exists. I was just wondering if you'd gone that route or not? I'm sure your doc knows a lot more about it than I.

Did you see this?

Colored X-Rays.

MRI says I have a popliteal cyst at the back of the knee and some patellar/tendon displacement. I think the latter is what’s causing the problems. Doc is setting me up with a referral to an ortho guy. My daughter had the same problem, and it was addressed with PT.
