Utha,

Are you referring to the AKPAY? I missed that PR. Just picked it up on my Quicken.

AKPAY is probably why Tom Hughes was taken off of KKRS' BofD. If KKRS has a secure payment program of their own, they sure don't need whatever ECNC comes up with some time in the future. Alex will have a lot more control over the start-up of his own payment plan.

I haven't been able to get the site www.AK.TV.com to work either but I haven't tried very hard figuring that it was still in the trial stage. "--Introduction of the first global interactive TV channel viewable in multiple internet enabled devices, www.AK.TV." Do you know how the "enabled devices" works? It will be interesting to hear if anyone is using AK.TV currently.

Have a good day.

Hi Scooby,

It is suppose to work if you have Real Player. I have the latest version an it still doesn't want to work. I keeps telling me to download it first. I e-mailed Alex an told him about it. I also talked to him about a month ago an repeated that I was a shareholder and an interested customer. He was suppose to get me some tech support. I'm still waiting. If this is what is happening with the other folks that are trying to use the site, then no wonder the price is down. He told me that he had 275,000 registered users. Waiting for the 10Q to see just how much money the company is making off of this. I'm also interested to see what the balance sheet looks like for this Descience.

Interesting PR saying that KKRS's secure payment doesn't need separate hardware to operate such as is needed by the competition:

November 14, 2001 09:10

AKPAY System Of Kanakaris Wireless To Enter Online Transaction Market With No Need For Separate Device And Global, Multi-Platform Compatibility Secure ATM Payment Gateway Will Not Depend On Purchase Of New Equipment By Consumers Or Licensing By Computer Makers

Kanakaris Wireless (OTC BB: KKRS) announced today that the first Secure Online ATM Payment Gateway using an ATM bank account (debit account) will have an important advantage over competing secure payment systems. Unlike other new secure payment systems being introduced that have generated interest, AKPAY(TM) will provide secure debit transactions without requiring a new piece of hardware. This important feature will ease speed of introduction and the increase dramatically the potential market size for this new Kanakaris Wireless revenue source.

AKPAY will include the following attributes over certain competitive products which are being introduced:

-- Works without requiring consumer to buy a transaction device

-- Works without requiring computer makers to license technology

-- Works globally

-- Works on multiple Internet enabled platforms, including PocketPCs

-- Virtually eliminates charge backs by customers who view entertainment or gaming online and then decide not to pay

-- Can be licensed online at AK.TV and be up and running in short time period

-- Utilizes the banking network and Secure Internet Transaction technology

Kanakaris Wireless will market AKPAY to be used on retail, entertainment and gaming we sites worldwide. The Company is planning to complete private online Beta tests of AKPAY in the first week of December and then announce a launch date for the breakthrough product.

;-))))))))))) Scooby,

Something sure doesn't sound right here. The only way that could work is if it is done by satallite or Pin code that you just type in after you register. The question is, how are they going to rout the transaction? I guess we will have to wait for more details on it.

Not that I believe anything these guys say but, I'm sure you've heard that compact is putting out a keyboard with a swipe thingy attached to it. Or they may be doing a play on words here. Maybe they won't charge the consumer anything for recieveing a cashpad to use or whatever they want to call it. JMHO! ;>)))

Hi Utha,

Well myself, I'm taking a position of wait an see. I already have a share position an I'm not going to add to it if they are going to bust it down on a 20-1 or is it 10, whatever, reverse split. With all these AK this an AK that, I've kinda lost what AK is new an what is old. What works an what doesn't. I'm still waiting for my Tech support on AK TV, the movie channel.;-)))))))))))) Now let me seeeee, I'm saving the email that Alex sent me that said that he was going to have someone get in touch with me ASAP. 2 months. Guess that isn't ASAP. I wonder what is????????/

You might be right. What I will say is that it is a shame if this doesn't fly. Once again a good idea gone bad as far as the public is concerned.;-((((((((

Utha,

You just might be right. I just got notice from Datek that the stock just split. Looks like it is still worth the same as it was before the split. Looks like I got really screwed on this one. I would be better off if it went BK.;-(((((
