Hi Captain Jack (nice name!)
Wolf Industries (WLFN) was originally involved in the oil and gas service industry. They came public in December and then shortly after that the President became very ill. His partner decided it would be best to sell the company to a new group of people.
They are finalizing a deal to acquire a technology for the dentistry field (news to come shortly) and are planning to showcase the product at a dentistry conference in Vancouver, B.C. on Thursday and Friday of this week. The nice thing about it is that the product is ready-to-go, they have world-wide patents on it and, since it is leading-edge, should have good results from it.
The company is also pursuing some deals in Poland in the banking, real-estate development and publishing sectors. The group who is in charge of this deal are very aggressive and have some great opportunities in the works.
You asked about a webpage...from what I understand, since the change-over happened fairly recently, they are compiling everything and getting a website together. Should be up and running in a couple of weeks, I imagine. The toll-free number is 1-888-253-6657.

Yes I did. I also talked to Lenny Boyd again (from "ALYA").
He said that there are 3 more press releases due out in a few
days. Of course he could not tell me what they are.
The financial are going to be delayed again a few more days.
He warned me that the first report will not look very good because
of the "newness" of the company. But he stated that in the next
6 months they are projecting a break even point.
I my humble opinion this is good news. For a company that new to be able to break even. We can see all of the contracts that are being signed with many more on the way. And let me remind you that the are not cheap contracts!
