MISM: Getting read to move up!
Refer to the following thread: Subject 19624
Dan Masters (CEO/President) took over the company near the end of 1996. Moved company from Vancouver to Nasdaq:BB last June. Just closing 3 major acquistions which should yield significant earnings. Backed by Chairman of the Board -- Wilfred Shaw who took over the company from previous management after they ran the company into the ground.
Business: franchising. Total Revenues from Denver based Pretzelmakers: $55 million (at least 5% to MISM). Total revenues for company run auto purchase in Canada: $20 million. Plans to resell auto stores in Canada to franchisers and more than recoup the investment put into the purchase along with a constant revenue stream. Investing $200k in 1998 to promote the company.

To all
I think I have discovered a undervalued stock on nasdaq named Child/Grip: Inc, symbol GPIP. The company offers a national registration and education program to help prevent the abduction of children. The company also provides an emergency response system that will substantially reduce response time for missing children situations. With one out 42 children being reported missing each year in the US, the company has a huge market. The company is about to go nationally with it's product.
The company can be contacted to 1-888-find-911, find911@aol.com, or www.cgrip.com
Furthermore, I am going to try starting a thread on GPIP.

Keep an eye on WLFN. Trades around 0.75-0.85 cents - fully reporting issuer. Recently had a change of management AND direction (fitting both the requirements in your original post) and the volume has been increasing over the last few days. 1-888-253-6657 |

Hi Captain Jack (nice name!)
Wolf Industries (WLFN) was originally involved in the oil and gas service industry. They came public in December and then shortly after that the President became very ill. His partner decided it would be best to sell the company to a new group of people.
They are finalizing a deal to acquire a technology for the dentistry field (news to come shortly) and are planning to showcase the product at a dentistry conference in Vancouver, B.C. on Thursday and Friday of this week. The nice thing about it is that the product is ready-to-go, they have world-wide patents on it and, since it is leading-edge, should have good results from it.
The company is also pursuing some deals in Poland in the banking, real-estate development and publishing sectors. The group who is in charge of this deal are very aggressive and have some great opportunities in the works.
You asked about a webpage...from what I understand, since the change-over happened fairly recently, they are compiling everything and getting a website together. Should be up and running in a couple of weeks, I imagine. The toll-free number is 1-888-253-6657.
By the way, this is a great thread. It's good to find a place you can go to find information on these types of stocks. Good thinking, Captain!
