For all of you interested in a great penny stock, you should look at OTC-WAVC "Waverider Communications" They are forming an excellent management team to prepare for the global lauch of there wireless modems this May 1998. There CEO is former Dell Canada and Dell Europe CEO, Bruce Sinclair. There CFO is former Dell Canada CFO Scott Thorton and they just hired (Feb 17,1998) a new vp for marketing, the former VP of marketing for Clearnet PCS. The stock is trading at approximately 1.00-1.05 and it has tremendous support at 1.00. The stock is very undervalued with the potential it has. The managent is actually to good to be true for a start-up company, but many people in the wireless industry are closely observing the launch of there product. The stock is projected to be between 5-7 dollars by the end of the year and the sky is the limit if the product is widely accepted. Can you imagine a wireless modem with your lap top at speeds ranging from 35Kbps to 512kbps or from your home. I recommend you do your own research on this company, but I am very pleased to say that I believe this penny stock has tremdous potential. There website is www.waverider.com and there investor relations number is 1-888-533-1910. thanks I believe the number of oustanding shares is between 20-25million. |

Kerry,
I own 50k of CVIA presently and I am excited to see the details of the merger in the next month. I read on the CVIA thread that the merger should be complete in the time period of 2 to 4 weeks. I checked out MINE also, the chart looks like it might be ready to move. Any significant news on the horizon?

Lucky,
I've heard of WAVC. The story looks good. Wireless modems would be great applications for laptops and small hand-held computers and organizers. Check out OTC-WAVX , "Wave Systems Corp." They are also around the $1.15 range with enormous support at $1. They should be relisted on the NASDAQ by mid year and they should have some great news by the end of the year. They announced a deal with IBM last December. Good "LUCK",

Another one to watch.....
NETZ
There has been some good activity with this one in the past few weeks. The first run up was from 0.28 to 1.15 two weeks ago. Today it went from 0.38 to 0.70 on some fairly good volume.
Good Luck! |

MISM: Getting read to move up!
Refer to the following thread: Subject 19624
Dan Masters (CEO/President) took over the company near the end of 1996. Moved company from Vancouver to Nasdaq:BB last June. Just closing 3 major acquistions which should yield significant earnings. Backed by Chairman of the Board -- Wilfred Shaw who took over the company from previous management after they ran the company into the ground.
Business: franchising. Total Revenues from Denver based Pretzelmakers: $55 million (at least 5% to MISM). Total revenues for company run auto purchase in Canada: $20 million. Plans to resell auto stores in Canada to franchisers and more than recoup the investment put into the purchase along with a constant revenue stream. Investing $200k in 1998 to promote the company.

To all
I think I have discovered a undervalued stock on nasdaq named Child/Grip: Inc, symbol GPIP. The company offers a national registration and education program to help prevent the abduction of children. The company also provides an emergency response system that will substantially reduce response time for missing children situations. With one out 42 children being reported missing each year in the US, the company has a huge market. The company is about to go nationally with it's product.
The company can be contacted to 1-888-find-911, find911@aol.com, or www.cgrip.com
Furthermore, I am going to try starting a thread on GPIP.

Keep an eye on WLFN. Trades around 0.75-0.85 cents - fully reporting issuer. Recently had a change of management AND direction (fitting both the requirements in your original post) and the volume has been increasing over the last few days. 1-888-253-6657 |
