HERE HERE ... Glad to see someone else with a bit of sleeper savvy. I agree 100% and some of the greatest investment have been shells with a reverse merger that came into them. However because of the past some folks refuse to see that once a reverse merger comes in the past really does not matter anymore. Typical all new management and industry comes into play.

Great post Nescom.

PS even horrible reputations on shells are good investment IF they can get a new solid resident. May take a few times but when they do the stock suddenly becomes a valueable investment.

Is this still a viable (although risky) investment? What is the likely timeframe that this company will exist listed, looking for a deal with another company?? Are they under any time restrictions for this, or have they stated the window of opportunity they plan on entertaining a business arrangement with another company?

At what calender time would you start viewing this as an unlikely scenario?

I had a GTC in for 1/4 for today, but it did not get executed...perhaps I have it "all or none".

Thanks in advance.....Kurt

WHY are you wanting to buy into a shell with nothing in it? I do not own this one and I will be all over it once the time is right. Now if you are willing to wait forever go ahead.

Is this a possible candidate for the shell?

This news, quite simply, is huge. KCI plans to merge with a private US company, SmartLink
Development Limited Partnership, raise $US 10,000,000 ($CDN 14,000,000) roll the new
company into a US shell and commence trading on a US exchange. You will recall that KCI
recently announced significant profits, for a second consecutive month, totalling $400,000+ over
that time. Pursuant to those earnings, AGORA valued KCI at anywhere between $1.08 and $1.30.
This latest development can only serve to further enhance those valuations.

It is also important to note the two parties have not officially merged as of yet. At this stage, the
parties have signed a Letter of Intent to combine their business. Having said that, parties who have
signed Letters of Intent have passed all preliminary stages of negotiation and typically only require
regulatory and shareholder approval, as well as, the completion of due dilligence to confirm each
other's financial position. In this case, the merger is also conditional on successfully completing the
$US 10,000,000 financing, which is anticipated to be successfully completed. Please refer to the
press release below for specific details.

I hope they wait till next week to release the news because
the market looks UGLY! I'm expecting another correction for
the Nasdaq down to 2150 range. This would make a healthy
15% correction from the 2533 52wk high, then it is up from there.
