AWE I though I was on another thread. I generally have two windows opens and real time and so forth ... I just posted wrong is all. You keep right on posting what you learn. and as you learn more and more that knowledge no one can take away from you. It also gives you an advantage over the internet.

Keep up the good work.

I am convinced I must be dense,I don't get it.But I tell you this,
this SHELL PLAY thingamajig I will follow to see how this turns out,to see if it ever does make any sense. Also I am going to study that KARA
case. But GaBard,I know you despise scams, were burned by one when you first started investing, but by involving yourself in the SHELL GAME
isn't that getting awfully close to the enemy, because these shell company people are rotten souls who would take your mother's last dollar if they had a chance, don't get it.max90
BTW,that "The Meyer Group" web-site I posted can't be the same
Meyer group,that's odd.

MAx90 ... as I have traded I have a strick guideline for OTC stocks. I look for an "unfair advantage" in this arena. Now as you know MIDL was a shell, CNHH was a shell, AVBC was a shell, and now FBRR. Each are fully reporting and you can see the debt existing, share structure and so forth.

So far AVBC is the only to define itself. Each has a different story and structure. this particular shell is a clean one. No hidden bad reputation, no enough shares to worry about a reverse split, which gives it an unfair advantage in the fact that a private company a good one would look for this particular shell.

You are right shells are extremelt risky. But hey all these OTC stocks are. I just like sleepers and stocks hated by the internet. I believe the owners of this shell are looking for an impressive company to come in. I am patient my self and I know it takes time.

When you buy into a shell you should never start out with more than you are willing to lose. ALso the some fo the best performers last year were shells that acquired a private company in a reverse merger and did extremely well.

Hey I am not going to hock the house on one of these until it starts defining itself.

Happy Trading

Hey I been wrong before on numerous occassions

NOW this is not a buy suggestion because the deal may fall though. I am just trying to explain why I am doing it.

SCAMS are those with corporations hyping their stocks, PR frims and on and on. I prefer stocks that basically careless about their stock price and are more interested in TCOB.

Go to yahoo quotes, get a quote for FBRR, click on profile. All the contact info is there. If you do call, let us know what Mr. Snead has to say. . .

I love it when I see people interested in shell plays but don't even go to Yahoo and click on a simple profile to get fundamental info. This post isn't directed at you Patrick. I read on other threads about shell plays are scams. Shells are legitamite means for a company wishing to go public. Shells are simply realestate vehicles for private companys who wish to become public cost effectively. These shells have owners and what I call realestate agents/salesman. Just like any realestate investment look for selling value attributes i.e. 1) stock structure 2) Outstanding debt 3) Any negative news associated with the ticker. 4) Have there been many companys in and out recently from the ticker.

FBRR makes no bones about what they are doing, they are totally above table. Look at the SEC filings for management direction. It clearly states they are looking for a company to acquire or be acquired. Do your DD people before getting into this one. A lot of the impatient have exited from this shell and left the bid down in the dirt. Shell plays are not for those who can't afford to tie up money for a while. Check out TGSK it has a writeup from the CEO on a past news release discussing when they acquired their shell.

I do value plays folks. I look for undervalued companys or a shell ticker that might have a chance of having an occupant in the near term.

FBRR a great piece of realestate.

Nescom out-
