pavlov if you are still out there, heres an update:

they will have a fairness opinion on First American Law by the end of the month allowing the deal to close. At the same time, a research report on Imark will be completed by an unnamed analyst. they are also in the process of setting up a number of road show presentations to brokers, both in the US and Canada. core business is operating well and mgmt plans to focus on building share price.

recovery long overdue - we should follow up on the rebuilding shareholder value initiative - more to come at agm on may 19 (royal york hotel/toronto) probably.
have also requested a date for release of Q1 earnings - will post it when received.

# 1...they don't respond to e-mail. #2...the telephone # provided on their new Website confuses people at the Company. I called the 1-888 number and the girl answered American Eco and didn't know who IMARK Corp. was. DUH!!! Thanks for the update nevertheless. Sorry about the teardrops on the screen.

Anybody other than me still own this pig. Any news, any crumbs. Or should I remove all sharp objects from my office?
