Thanks, Ron, I'm afraid it does.
I sent an ACH transfer on Friday which shows as "approved", but does not show up in the account itself. And the account info on the Penson site still gives Friday's info. I notified some one on Chat but had to cut off when I was called away.
Do you have a favorite trading broker these days? I looked at IB, but its procedures appear cumbersome.

I still have an IRA account with MBT but seldom trade it. TradeStation is my primary platform. Has been for several years now.

Thanks for the info re TradeStation. I've always heard good things about it. I wish they took ACH deposits - couple of mouse clicks and it's done. Wire transfers mean going to the bank.

Tom,

I've had no problems with MB for a long time. Even on days when the Fed announces interest rates changes there's no slowdown with quotes at 2:15.

Ron - if you have an unresolved issue Ross has always been willing to get to the bottom of himself or delegating it and asking for feedback. Keith O'Toole has also been helpful when I was converting a Traditional to a Roth.

Don't get ne wrong - I love Navigator. But too often, like yesterday, Penson does not update and the customer is left wondering what, if anything, happened to his money.
Also, never got the promised call back.
