From: Ron | 4/16/2010 3:49:08 PM | | | | I don't call MB Trading much, since I only have one small IRA account with them. But called them about 15 minutes ago, with a question and have been on hold ever since. Is this typical? If so, they've gone downhill even more since I pulled my trading account years ago. |

EDIT - running on backup msg in Navigator, I assume it will get fixed soon. |

To: Ron who wrote (7357) | 4/29/2010 11:48:36 AM | From: tom pope | | | I'm afraid you're right - have a problem with Penson not showing credit for a trade which I needed to discuss - gave up waiting for them to pick up the phone. Attempt to email them produced an unexplained error message. |

To: tom pope who wrote (7359) | 5/5/2010 12:45:14 PM | From: Dave O. | | | I've found the chat sessions get results, at least for me. Had no BP the other day and they fixed it within 3 minutes via chat. Then an account I trade for a friend didn't show up the other day linked to my accounts and it took maybe 10 minutes to get it fixed thru chat. |

From: tom pope | 5/14/2010 8:07:14 AM | | | | I'm afraid I've had it with MBT/Penson. They are still applying the wrong commissions - MBTX instead of MBTR. They have fixed one out of the 3 erroneous commissions from last week, but did it again yesterday. They are too error prone for my comfort. |
