I've found the chat sessions get results, at least for me. Had no BP the other day and they fixed it within 3 minutes via chat. Then an account I trade for a friend didn't show up the other day linked to my accounts and it took maybe 10 minutes to get it fixed thru chat.

I'm afraid I've had it with MBT/Penson. They are still applying the wrong commissions - MBTX instead of MBTR. They have fixed one out of the 3 erroneous commissions from last week, but did it again yesterday. They are too error prone for my comfort.

Thanks, Ron, I'm afraid it does.
I sent an ACH transfer on Friday which shows as "approved", but does not show up in the account itself. And the account info on the Penson site still gives Friday's info. I notified some one on Chat but had to cut off when I was called away.
Do you have a favorite trading broker these days? I looked at IB, but its procedures appear cumbersome.

I still have an IRA account with MBT but seldom trade it. TradeStation is my primary platform. Has been for several years now.

Thanks for the info re TradeStation. I've always heard good things about it. I wish they took ACH deposits - couple of mouse clicks and it's done. Wire transfers mean going to the bank.
