Thanks. I get to the page where you press a button to get confirms, get a message that it's loading me into the penson web site, then after a short while I get "connnection was reset" and "problem loading page".

This is interesting - usually I go ape when the service I access tells me that the problem must be with my ISP. Well, this time that is the problem - I got in through my wife's computer which uses the Verizon USB stick, while I use TimeWarner. Problem solved!

Thanks for the response.

It would be nice if the MBT Navigator chart would work for the TF Russell 2K futures. It would also be nice if the chart would work for the DX dollar futures, but one thing at a time.

It would also be nice if they didn't make you fill out a questionnaire like an FBI background check when all I'm trying to do is open another (nontrading) account for me and my wife.

I don't have 20 minutes to fill in forms when the easiest solution is just to leave the money with Fidelity.

Penson still hasn't updated confirms for yesterday's trades. Penson goes into paralysis after options expirations. I should learn not to trade on expiration Fridays.

Tom,

I completely forgot to check mine Friday evening and in fact didn't do so until pre-market today (so they got them out there sometime after your Sat. evening post).

I don't really have anything to complain about, I just have this obsessive-compulsive fetish about having all my accounts neatly put to bed every Saturday morning!

Tom,

Seems Penson had some major errors in calculating commissions Friday that are still not corrected today. Were your accounts correct? I was seeing charges like $133 for 1000 share trades. Thanks.

Dave

Thanks Tom

Here it is 12:30am Wednesday morning now and last Friday's trades are still not correct --- Penson issue. As someone who once worked in IT I can't comprehend how inept their data processing group is.

Dave
